Don't even waste your time calling to set up an appointment because you won't get nobody you have to do everything in online and for some people that's fine but I had a promo code for $80 off and windshield replacement prior to me applying the promo code my windshield they quoted me was only to be $317.58 after applying the code so it brought it down to $238.58. So I went to set up the appointment for them to come out and install it an I took notice that the price went from 238.58 up to $317.58 ($387.58 before the 80$ discount)!!! So after calling six times and going through every prompt possible I finally did speak to a representative an her exact words were "ma'am I don't control the pricing" so my exact words were "that's fine I will take my business elsewhere" and that's what I did!!!! An another thing they Also neglect to tell you is the quote price does NOT include labor, windshield disposal plus taxes and fees so altogether my windshield would've ran me $361.11 an that's including my so called 80$ discount!!! Which after calling Auto Glass Guys in New Oxford they quoted me $240 total that's installed taxes fees the whole 9 yards and they're even coming out to my job to install it!!! So like I said if you'd like to save $120 if not more I'd recommend going with them versus Safelite any day!!!!

Instead, it seemed as though I was a quick buck. The job went long and after not getting a call, I phoned them. I was told they were pulling my truck out right at that moment - OK, maybe. I've no reason yet to not trust them. After picking up the truck (which was left a mess) I notice pretty quickly things were not right. My steering wheel controls and backup camera did not work at all. I called and was told to come back. Unfortunately, I was heading out of town for two weeks with the truck so I told them I'd swing by after the trip. While on the trip I realize my mic for calls and my parking lights weren't functioning correctly either. It was clear to me that they did not check that everything I paid for, was functioning, so I decided to not give them the shot to make it right. I didn't trust that they would make my truck a priority and I couldn't go without it for a lengthy period of time. I purchased a radio on Amazon and installed it myself and now everything is working properly. With zero experience or prior knowledge, I did a better job than these professionals. I gave them the second star since I didn't give them a second chance. I won't be back and will not recommend their radio install (maybe they're good at tinting or rims - I'll never know). I'm disappointed. My preference is to promote the local spots. Sadly, not this one. *Update* I spoke with the owner over the phone after he promised a 100% refund. He asked that I come in on Monday to meet with him. On Monday, he wasn't there. Instead I was handed a phone to talk to him. He blamed a miscommunication for the backup camera, did not address any other issues. I had the radio in hand to return, but he refused the return and offered me a refund of $90 (paid $680 in total) for my installation. I declined obviously disappointed in their lack of care for the customer. Removed a star after giving them a chance to make it right and didn't. These guys cannot be trusted.
