This is a really nice Ford dealership. I recently made a tour of this place to look at some certified, late model pickup trucks. I found a variety of different makes besides Ford. It's beyond my comprehension why some people would trade in recently purchased new trucks ( many with less than 10,000 miles) take the depreciation loss and buy another. Me and my husband went to look for a car after receiving one of their Monopoly games in the mail. The game piece showed three matching pieces saying we won 2500 but we both knew that wasn't the case, however we decided to give it a try anyway. We got there talked to a salesman and he showed us some cars and wanted us to take a test drive; I stopped him and said let's talk about the money aspect first now he said they were giving us 2000 dollars for a down payment. He then goes and takes my license and then runs my credit and says that I qualify for a car by myself meaning without my husband's credit so he then says we can add his to see if we can get a better deal ,ok no problem, now mind you my husband told him upfront that his credit had some issues he said no problem we will just see. He then comes back and says after talking with the GM that I would need a substantial down payment??? My question was why when you stated that you were giving me 2000 towards the down payment and all we got was my GM said you would need a substantial down payment. I bought a used Nissan Murano and after the weather turned extremely cold, the car would not run. It would skip, blow carbon monoxide inside the car, and it took about 30 minutes to get to my destination after it warmed up that should have only took me ten minutes. I was sent to the Nissan Place because they could not find the problem. Now, I've been sitting here over 2vhours waiting for an oil change and tire rotation. People that came in later for the same thing have already left. This is ridiculous! I've been treated like I don't matter in this place. My salesperson that sold our car did not call us back after calling her. I had thought of upgrading here but I will go somewhere else. I'm disabled and this kind of treatment and I'm sitting here hurting is wrong. read more

Their service department is useless. I received a recall letter from Ford and tried to make an appointment. While on the phone trying to make the appointment I was told that my truck didn't qualify for the recall. When I told her it was a letter from Ford with my VIN she kept talking to someone else. She then told me that they could look at my truck but it most likely was out of warranty. I told her I knew it was and that I wanted it seen for the recall, not a warranty issue. She put me on hold and at that point decided to call another dealership. Auto Gallery zero customer service skills and I'd never recommend them to anyone. read more

place is a joke don't buy nothing from here or take your care here! went for a recall and they had me wait forever just to move the placement of a damaged wire harness that they was supposed to fix for a safety recall. went home and undid what they had done and had to fix myself this ford dealership is useless! read more

Run! Don't walk, RUN, away from this dealer. Finance and Sales department will absolutely screw up your paperwork/loan, and they won't be helpful in correcting the issue. These idiots processed a loan for 2 grand more than our agreed upon sales price, and despite having the signed paperwork to prove they're in the wrong, have absolutely drug their feet to fix it. 2 months later, loan payment is due and it's still not fixed. Refused to compensate me for the hassle, refused to buy the vehicle back. Given me the run around so many times. My next stop is a claim with the secretary of state!
