You know the term, 'my jaw dropped to the ground' ? Well... that was beyond the case here…read more Horrible experience, the car looked nearly as dirty as when I had dropped it off for the detailing. It's done in the owner's small apartment garage, and the particular individual who did my detailing did an unfortunately very suboptimal and disappointing job. I'm not sure what he was doing for 2 hours because the condition I came back to TRULY looked as though only the seats were slightly wiped off (with presence of small crumbs still in place). I had *Specifically* asked him to ensure the inner crevices were detailed, shampooed. Not only as this NOT done, there are very obvious crumbs left (see below). This was an enormous waste of my time and disheartening. Meanwhile, owner Ryan, who is a nice younger kid, ensured me repeatedly in person that he would re-do the detailing and contact me to rectify the situation. And? ....Never heard from him again! NOT a good move by a company CEO. I'm generally an understanding person, but this was an all around disgrace that left me absolutely baffled and appalled. After calling around and looking for a company that could detail my car during these crazy COVID times....I was referred to Nick and Gilbert! They both were very professional and courteous upon arrival. I loved that they were mobile and could drive to me at my workplace. My car was gifted to me with a weird scent. Nick and Gilbert assured me that it wasn't going to be a problem. After 3-4 hours that they spent baked in the sun, detailing my car (interior, exterior, and my engine compartment) it was ready for pick up. When I walked out to look at my car, I couldn't believe how great my car looked! It looked like I had just driven it out of a dealer lot. They had done some paint correction from the previous owners' scratching it up. The interior was shiny and felt smooth, none of that quarter car wash feel and look. Their ozone treatment had taken away that smell!! I was so thankful because that's what caused my headaches while driving it. The new pain on the exterior of the car felt baby skin-smooth!! That resurfacing and new paint correction made my car look so beautiful and shiny. I am in love with MY car, and happy to say finally it's my car now! I used Extravagant Services on 11/12/2022 for a platinum package detail on a Porsche SUV. I dropped…read morethe vehicle off at 10AM and got it back at 6PM, in the dark. Upon inspecting the vehicle the next day in light it was evident that nearly nothing was done that was paid for. There was a tremendous amount of dirt and grime in the car, along with greasy detail protectant that was sprayed everywhere in the car (including on the Porsche leather) seats/ carpets weren't shampooed (which I specifically asked him to do). Engine wasn't degreased, wax was not applied (that he removed from his website after I complained), car wasn't even vacuumed, just a substandard wipe down and protectant sprayed on EVERYTHING including the front windshield. I messaged Kendrick and told him how dissatisfied with the work (or lack thereof) that was preformed and that I no longer trusted his ability to do the job correctly. He texted back and said, " I can completely understand. I didn't feel good about you detail myself. Yesterday was a busy day and i don't have good lights in my shop yet so I understand. What can I do to make it right?" Look at the pics and tell me if you would trust this person to touch your car again. I certainly wouldn't. When I sent him photos of the car and the poor work I said, "I mean no disrespect to you, but I can't allow a redo by your shop after paying for your best package and getting this:". He became aggressive and had the audacity to tell me that they were "before" pics and there's "no way" he would've let the car leave like that. Well he absolutely did. I offered to bring the car back so he could see the poor job that he did in person or do a live video with him, and that I'm simply trying to find a resolution, but he proceeded to tell me things like, "I'm done talking to you about it man go find you another detailer." And proceeded to call me "insulting" and "disrespectful". I ended up having to take the vehicle to a professional detailer to have all his sloppy work fixed, two days later. Even they commented on the lack of attention to DETAIL. If you want a job to be done well (or done at all), DO NOT go to this shop. I'll be bringing this to small claims court and filing a compliant with BBB, so if anyone else reading this has had a similar experience please contact me.

I couldn't believe it but the car was a brighter white and a ton of the surface swirling was gone. I know it couldn't have been easy but they really did an awesome job and very timely. The ceramic coating was well applied and it really made a difference. James was easy to work with and good at explaining what to expect. He was great at communicating and was totally reasonable about what to expect. He even took the time to explain things and it's obvious he has a real passion for this.
