I did not end up using this place. They could be great but I canceled due to cost. I was quoted…read more$100 for a very specific small job and when I booked I got a text later stating they have a shop minimum per hour cost of $130. I had a coffee spill in just the driver side front section and not under the seat as my car has a 2 inch ridge to catch stuff like that. The shop I took it to took 15 minutes max including check in. It was extraction and then combed through for crumbs and then washed. So of course I tipped well for the $35 cost.

This was my first time using a mobile detailer I have a senior boxer and there was quite a bit of…read moredog glitter in my jeep. The first detailer who came out had to leave about 20 minutes into the job because he developed hives, that's how bad my car was. We probably should've done before and after photos to see the amount of dog hair was in the jeep. The next detailer came out about an hour or so later and at least spent two hours on the dog hair. I would say most of it was removed. No points deducted because it was really bad. I did sign up for another detailing in two months. Hopefully I can get a better handle on my dog hair situation moving forward. They responded quickly to the issue with having to send out a new detailer the same day and I thought the price point was great for the amount of time that they spent trying to remove all of that dog glitter. I will be using them again.

The exterior was not cleaned or detailed on this car. I was charged $220. When I asked the owner why it was so much more (as I was a repeat customer) with less services provided, the answer that was given was because of the increase in industry costs and services.
