I advised him I needed certainty on what was wrong so that I can get my car back running. He said he would order parts and once they arrive he could replace those parts and whatever it's not he wouldn't charge me for it. He made promises about payment plans and that he would order the parts immediately and have the guy who works on jeeps to come out and perform the job. He reached out to me shortly after leaving and I never heard from him again. 2 weeks passed I reached out about a follow up to complete repairs and received no response via Yelp, Text or Call. I was lied to and he did not know what he was doing he didn't even prop the vehicle up on a jack to look under it he simply looked under it with a flash light for a few minutes and said he believed it to be a water pump issue. As a result I had to get my vehicle towed to an actual mechanic where it was properly diagnosed. Speaking of a diagnosis he ONLY used a basic hand held diagnostics machine which I already had my own to determine that it was a leak but he did no real labor. I would never recommend this person or his business. He basically took my money and ran. Incredibly unprofessional. Do NOT use this business for any reason whatsoever and do not let them anywhere near your car unless you want more problems.

All personal attacks have no merit on the facts that CRM withheld my vehicle and lied about repairs performed and more importantly not preformed. Owner continues to harass me and deny allegations even after being served by the Nc DOI.

I received it back in SEPTEMBER 6 months after having to contact police and go through a third-party, which was Toyota dealership to retrieve my car I had front end damage. It should've taken no longer than three months max (dealership confirmed something wasn't right) and they started on my car a week after having it (or so I was told) During the six months and few days that my car was at CRM COLLISION , I have been cussed out by Chris The owner. I have been told over 26 times that my car would be ready that day comes and goes in my car had not been ready. I had previously left a bad review, and then was told that my car would not be touched until the bad review was taken down. Chris is a married man and has made comments about my vagina shape in my pants. Has made comments after paying for a rental out-of-pocket because he yet again did not have my car ready that if he continued to pay for my rental, he would need to take me to the back room and work something out. Made several sexual advances that I had to casually brush off because he had control of my car . I have never had such a terrible experience. September 9, 2023 I finally have my car back! If you value your physical or mental health, do not go here I tried to support this body shop because it's a smaller body shop and instantly regretted it. I am currently working with Toyota to make sure all my parts are actually OEM parts and not aftermarket parts, I almost started to think that my car was a part of a chop shop if I didn't lay eyes on it. Quality is terrible Absolutely NO professionalism Truly feel bad for this man's wife I wonder how many woman have payed for their car with one of Chris's "arrangements" This shop is a joke!
