This Explorer, my family's primary car, spent weeks at a competing Ford dealership in Prince George, without any real work being completed... Seriously almost 7-weeks... Moved the vehicle to Richmond Ford (via the body shop) and Jeff had it out the door in less than 2-weeks (waiting on parts included), and it was fully functional. Jeff from service was very communicative with the body shop (a breath of fresh air) and ensured the insurance company had the information they needed to approve the repairs. I highly recommend this service department based on this experience. I generally handle my own preventative maintenance, but I will not hesitate to return here when I need a proper diagnosis and/or repair completed correctly and in a timely manner.

Richmond Ford Lincoln is one of the worst Ford dealerships I have ever dealt with…read more I recently brought my vehicle in for what turned out to be warranty-related repairs. After diagnosing the issue, the dealership completed the work and informed me that the failure was likely caused by an outside incident. I knew that was not the case, but I paid for the repairs as instructed. Later, it was determined that the work should have been covered under warranty. More than 70 days later, I am still waiting to be reimbursed for charges that I should never have paid in the first place. To make matters worse, during that same period, my vehicle experienced another issue and the wrench light illuminated again. When the vehicle was inspected, it was discovered that the dealership had failed to properly tighten a hose connection during the original repair. That oversight was the cause of the warning light. They also neglected to reset my oil service reminder before returning the vehicle. Thank God I brought it to another dealership for service. Between the lengthy delay in resolving the warranty reimbursement, the careless workmanship, and the lack of attention to detail, I have completely lost confidence in this dealership. I even reached out directly to General Manager Mike Serpico in an effort to resolve my concerns, but the response I received was far from satisfactory. Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating experience marked by poor communication, substandard service, and a lack of accountability. I will not be returning to Richmond Ford Lincoln for future service or vehicle purchases.

My latest experience was far from acceptable. I was offered a refund, which I accepted. Since that acceptance, I have been "ghosted". I am highly disappointed that my refund was not issued in a timely manner and that a loyal customer was treated in this way.

My husband and I stopped in, test drove it and were pleased with how clean the vehicle was as well as the low mileage and handling. I had an appointment later that afternoon to test drive a vehicle at another dealership after which I decided to purchase the Highlander from Infinity. I called the salesman and made arrangements to come in the next day to complete the sale. I was given a great cash price and my schedule was worked around in having the car ready to drive off the lot. Infinity is a family-owned and run car lot and a joy to work with. They put the customer first and foremost and follow up with them. I highly recommend Infinity Auto Sales for their professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, after sales service, and am proud to have purchased from a local business. I look forward to a continued business relationship.

I thought "Great, they replaced my windshield last time, this time should be no problem". The day of the appointment came and in ten minutes the Safelite guy tells me that he sees rust after removing the molding and that he can't replace my windshield or he will be fired. He leaves, having done nothing and I'm left with a car that can't pass inspection. I call my agent, pretty furious, and he gives me Rob's number since he uses Rob personally for his glass needs. I call Rob, and within minutes have a next day appointment and assurance that as long as the metal isn't rusted through, he should have no problem replacing my windshield. I had to work the next day so we work out a plan on where I'll put the deductible check in the car, and when I get home that evening, the windshield is replaced and an invoice is in the seat. I won't use those national chains again. I learned through my local agent that insurance companies get paid money by national chains to be the default providers for claims. In Virginia, I get to chose who does the repairs on my car, so why wouldn't I want the money to go to a local business? The owner answered the phone, got the work done, and I couldn't be more pleased. I'll post the picture of the work done on my 97 Toyota Corolla beater I drive to and from work.
