Though it had been garage kept at our house, the exterior was fairly baked from a summer in the Oklahoma sun while we lived in our RV in Tulsa. There were several recommendations for T-Mac's on Reddit and Yelp, so I went with them. I dropped it off and when I picked it up 24 hours later it was SPOTLESS! They took the TPMS sensors I use when towing it behind my RV and a few other things that had fallen under the seats and bagged them up for me. My dash cam had painters tape over it to prevent any cleaner from damaging it when they worked on windows and mirror. The leather seats were cleaned and conditioned, as was the WeatherTech floor protectors, center console and cup holders. Very happy with their staff, quality and service. Also, I wasn't able to find another tint shop through which an all digital communication option existed (oh Tulsa). I took my spouse's Prius in and had the windows tinted. The car was in and out the same day. The job was well done and the key drop box or night deposit was handy. Were I again unable to find a tint shop operating communications in the current century, I'd gladly take another car here for window tinting. I'm super happy with the price, the results, and the service.

I thought it was an odd suggestion because my car was very clean with no damage, but was desperate and took their advice. Noah explained to me that the car looked dull and how they could help. Years of driving through the local car wash to save time made my paint look awful. Not having the inside cleaned regularly or ever detailed made it musty able dull as well. I was just so used to it I didn't realize. I needed to ask, but I didn't want to invest too much and lose money. Noah explained the value of the different services he had to offer and gave me options. In the end, I chose to have a full interior/ exterior detail and added a few extra services to make the car smell better and add value by doing the ceramic coating. When Noah delivered the car back to me, we couldn't believe the difference! I almost wanted to keep it again! I relisted the car with new photos Noah provided for me himself, and sold the car within a week for more than my original asking price, not losing a dime in the process! They knew immediately where to get new bed panels and listened to exactly what I wanted. Here's the problem. They over delivered and came in under budget. My truck is beautiful. I bought it brand new in 1990. It was never this nice. The paint is like liquid mirror. It is flawless. I can't believe it's the same truck. If I knew it could look like this, I would have wrecked it years ago. It's so nice I really don't want to use it for truck stuff. My neighbors can't believe it's the same truck. Initially, I was going to self-pay and deal with the insurance company myself. They weren't going to pay to have it repaired the way I wanted it, and just wanted to be done with it. Bad idea. Enter Kerri Taylor, owner and "She Who Must Be Obeyed!" In less than a day, and after I, like a dummy, already signed a release, got them to pay for the whole thing!! This lady saved me $$$$. From start to finish they were friendly, professional, and concerned about doing it right and taking care of their customer. I am so grateful to them and their staff. One more thing: ignore the neighborhood. They are a diamond in the rough. Please go see them, talk to them. You'll be so glad you did.

Updating my review: After calling in directly instead of…read moregoing through the Mazda dealership, I was able to get connected with Taylor hunter at the Tulsa location on skelly. I had been dealing previously with the integrity customs that only dealt with the Mazda dealership, and after they had my car for a week (I said take as much time as you need) they redid the entire car, staring from scratch, and fixed all of the issues. I am very confident this will be far better than my previous experience, because looking around the car the quality of the work is FAR better. Alex was the one who did the PPF job himself and he did an excellent job, and even went ahead and PPFd the headlights which weren't done previously. The workmanship is definitely high quality here and what I would expect. Taylor, the manager said they are looking into why the dealership location is doing such a poor job, so I would say go to the north location to have work done or redone, and avoid the dealership location at this time. Seriously happy with the job and quality done at this location. Far less seems, far better edges, nearly no imperfections. Exactly what I would have expected and super happy with the fix so far. I am confident Taylor and Alex will be able to handle any future issues with the job, but by the quality of the work really shows a stark difference from what I saw before and I am confident this job will last. Updating to 4 stars because the help I received from Taylor and Alex was 5 stars, but my previous experience was terrible with the other location, and I would have preferred this level of workmanship and professionalism from the start. Old review: Absolutely regret choosing this business to PPF and tint my new car. I have had to bring my car back maybe 8 times so far to have work redone. Every time I get my car back there are bubbles and debris stuck under the PPF, pretty much on every panel there are bubbles. The first time I had my bumper done they literally just put the PPF over dead bug remains. I was totally shocked. The trunk was done so poorly it had about 0.5" of material hanging off underneath it that I had to trim myself and then eventually bring the car back in for. PPF came up off the bumper multiple times, is now coming off the door and has about 10 bubbles/spots on the rocker panel all in the same place. When installing my rear tint they damaged the surround of my rear window in my convertible top, and despite that there are bubbles all over the window. I also just noticed there is liquid residue from the tinting that they got up and inside the view of my rain sensing camera. I have never had issues like this before and am genuinely so upset I trusted this business with my new car. I have clearly tried working with them several times but I should not have to come back once, let alone more than 5 times. Maybe this place would work for you if you are not particular but if you are detail oriented TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE.
