I didn't know that as a new client you will not be assigned a regular appointment or therapist. If you are lucky enough to get assigned don't be surprised if you still get different therapist every appointment. 2. The front desk ladies are either overwhelmed, not happy or properly trained to be friendly and/or provide direction. I really do like the therapists there, but as a place where they are supposed to help my child communicate, I don't feel the business cares enough wanting him to improve. It's hard to do when he gets assigned a different therapist almost every week. It just feels to me at the end of the day they are a business and they want as many clients through the door as possible. I wish it was easier to change providers. I am so sad I went with them.

I've seen the facilities everywhere, and I had a coworker go to a facility near her, but I wanted to check it out myself, and this place is perfect for my little guy! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. And they're consistently friendly and helpful, not just on your first day. When I drop off my son, I always am greeted with happy and cheerful staff. They are also very organized with their day. There is a large playground outside and they play outside at least twice a day. They provide full meals for breakfast and lunch which is included in the tuition. I also love that they provide a daily written check in of how your child did at the daycare. We've been at this facility for almost 3 months and my son loves it. Details: -There are 8 different locations around the area so you're bound to find one nearby -They have half day and full day programs. -They offer nap, half nap, or no naps. Its up to you -They will help potty train your toddler -There is no price difference for potty trained versus diaper toddlers -You have to go at least two days with rates ranging from 2 days at $160.00 for the week to 5 days at $280.00 a week -They have a secure code you have to enter to open their doors. They also have a fingerprint system to check your child in and out. -There are cameras! You can watch your little on your phone or desktop while they play or sleep, or at the playground!

I was excited when my 4-year-old son with special needs was accepted into Simpson Speech…read more Unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing. My son missed a few sessions due to medical reasons, including being hospitalized and having contagious illnesses. We always provided doctor and hospital notes and were even told to keep him home so other children wouldn't get sick. There were also times when they canceled appointments because the therapist wasn't available. We received a warning letter saying he missed multiple sessions. I called and explained that all but one were medically excused. After speaking with an employee, I believed my son was being removed. Later I was told it was a misunderstanding, but that day was still marked as two no-shows, which I feel is unfair given the confusion. I also did not see much speech progress during the short time he attended. Sessions were only 30 minutes, and most of the time he was placed in the sensory room to play. We did not see the therapist really interact much with my son. Since starting ABA therapy, he has already learned words like "mom," "ball," "no," "wow," and "bubbles." I am currently waiting for the director to contact me to address these concerns. In the meantime, we are already looking into private therapy options to ensure my son receives the support he needs.

We enjoy the summer activities, holiday festivities and everything else they put together for the kids and families. It was an easy decision when it came to enrolling our second child. And since we already had that rapport built with the administrative staff and great relationships with the teachers, we were still comfortable starting our child in the infant classroom (even though our first didn't start there).
