There is only one thing that I can say that is positive and that is the BTs, truly care about the children, but don't get too attached to them because they have a turnover rate more than any other business that I have ever known. They don't treat their BTs with any respect or care about them other than making them money. The BTs are not happy, but they don't want to leave the kids until they are at a point where they just walk out during shifts. I have worked with different ABA companies and I have had my children in a few different ones also. I don't understand how they are still in service. If you have a choice of any other company, take your child to a different company where they are the most important part of the company and not the money. I have never written a bad review, but this needs to be known. It actually boggles my mind that the first review I wrote was gone somehow. Your children deserve the best care and this is not it. Also I highly feel staff is writing any good reviews. The difference between good and bad is not believable. Maybe they just need to be looked into if not for anything else but the safety of the children that run into the parking lot.

A male medical assistant was flirtatious with me a patient and ended up asking for my phone number. We made contact outside of the hospital within days of my discharge. I was very much emotional and mentally unstable and confused. And I personally feel like a victim of sexual exploitation. I did file a formal complaint / report to the hospital. But I believe they did not follow ALL proper protocols and procedures. As listed contacting law enforcement was not true as I was never contacted to give me official statement. He was ultimately terminated from my knowledge.

She quickly got to know and identified his needs- I had never seen my son calm down and focus like he did on our second session. Equally as important, she gives excellent education for us as his family. She explains the process and helps develop tools so we can help him at home. Now we understand his sensory needs, and we have a sensory diet to follow. We have tools to actually help him when he's disregulated, where we used to feel powerless. We've been to other OT's, but worked to come back and work with Priscilla as soon as we could. She had truly helped us understand our child better, and forever changed our lives in the process.
