I spent a few thousand dollars with this company to do some work including planting 10 evergreens in my yard. I had 5 of the trees die within 2-3 weeks, and it took a lot of back and forth to get them to replace under warranty. Finally they replaced them and the new ones, I continued to water properly and they died again within 3 weeks. Why? They don't know, and they won't provide any hypothesis. But here is what I *do* know: they have no clue how to plant a tree. They dig a hole barely the size of the root ball, they do not add compost to this region's inevitable clay soil, and they plant the trees 30 degrees crooked. All basic stuff, people. Things got downright ridiculous at one point when they kept promising to schedule me in 'next week'.... they carried this game on for 4 weeks never getting back to me and I had to keep on calling. 6 months on, I decided it wasn't worth my time or money and cut my losses. Do you like friendly staff? You won't find it here. The owner will give you a huge attitude as soon as you try to get them to fix anything under warranty. Every phone call consisted of the owner brushing you off, always 'too busy and out the door', interrupting your every word, and holding a personal grudge against you for wanting the job fixed and done right. He will be upset and he will make sure you know it. Do you like privacy? Not with these guys. I politely asked them twice verbally and in writing to never enter my property/backyard without first knocking on the door and getting my permission. They ignored my request, and several times entered my property unannounced. There are some awesome landscaping companies out there with highly trained people and friendly staff. This is not one of them. Landscape Problem Solvers creates problems that they themselves cannot resolve.

He was out the following Monday as promised and removed the tree. He hauled everything away and left the area clean of debris. I highly recommend Jeremy for tree work. His price was reasonable especially considering he had to climb 60+ feet to cut branches and the top of the tree.
