One appointment was at 11 and the other at 1130 with 2 different barbers because thats what booksy allowed. My sister gets there right before their appointment. Only to find out that the 11am barber is not there. My sister is told he would be there at 1115 because thats what time he says the appointment is for but he arrives at 1130. The appointment was in fact for 11am as i sent a screen. He gets there but doesnt take my son. He takes someone else. My son gets in the chair at 1230ish. He's already over the whole thing. Whole time the barber for the 1130 kid is done after 45 mins and willing to take the first kid. The other barber insists on cutting my sons hair so my sister gives him another chance. When I say this man was playing in my sons hair Im not kidding. Nearly 2 hours later and my sister has already asked him to stop cutting his hair as she can see that my son is over the whole thing. But he refuses to stop. I called my sister and tell her to tell the barber to leave my son alone at this point. My son is 5 and he turns to the barber and says something along the lines of "this is the last time you cut my hair". Because why are you taking so long to cut hair? Meanwhile the first barber is apologizing to my sister for his coworker. Of course my sister pays for the half done crooked hair cut because he did provide a service that was horrible. Yes, i would recommend the business because I cannot base it off of ONE horrible barber. But I would not recommend booking with Sha Ron. Very unprofessional, rude and pays more attention to the music he wants to play and the calls that are coming through on his phone than cutting hair. If you prefer to not cut a kids hair then please just say that and take it off of your provided services. Thank you to Josh for doing a fantastic job on my sons first hair cut and keeping him entertained through that 3hr ordeal. Also, i appreciate you for offering to fix my sons hair.

It only takes about fifteen (15) minutes or so for a man's haircut. Cost: $20.00, and along with the haircut you're provided with a blow dryer to clean up all the cut hair, a hot towel wrap ( soooo soothing!), and a final step of a light spritz of a liquid that adds a cooling touch. I will be making appointments from now on. Previous barber was located in Renton, but it was to far to drive just for a haircut, and I was never offered a hot towel or cooling spritz.

Roy was an absolute pro and tackled both haircut and beard trim like a wizard of barbering. Every aspect was dialed. Also super kind, courteous, and respectful - literally no notes. The attention to detail was also over the top. And if you have a beard, your an idiot to go anywhere else. A paramount characteristic of a great barber is walking out the door and already thinking about your return trip in a positive light; will absolutely be back. I fully get that other reviews might have low stars - and everyone (customer or business) can have an off day - but i definitely saw the standard this shop maintains and it's top notch.
