I just saw this place pop up as #1 as "best tattoo spots near sackville nb" and was completely…read morebaffled as to how they've even managed to stay open, I had an awful experience with them at 16 (two years ago) and left a review in which the owner replied to and argued nonsensical points that i had already gone over in my original review, such as telling me "you got to choose the placement" after i had stated he pierced it completely off centre (inverse labret) and didn't even use the dot as a reference (the entire point of the dot), i did choose the placement, your employee failed to put the needle where i had him mark, he also took 20 seconds to get the needle through the back side of my lip (i have a video recorded by my sister.) I had later heard from someone who allegedly knew him personally, i was telling her my awful experience and she told me she actually knew the guy i was talking about and that he did not at the time have any proper certifications nor did he attend the schooling/apprenticeship he would need to be piercing people, not to mention their studio was in a garage and they took cash with no tax lol, moral of the story do not go to this horrific studio. It was a simple design but the outlines didn't match, the shading wasn't the same which is a big no no, and the colors were off. It wasnt horrible work but don't say you can do identical tattoos when you really can't. After 1.5 years of trying she finally managed to have an appointment booked today at 9:30am. Steph the tattoo artist didn't show and couldn't come in because he was busy building his deck. Another artist was contacted, and they did the work in under 10minutes. It's not like it was a massive tattoo. Anyway, avoid this place at all cost. We had previously dealt with this tattoo parlour before, but today was the last time. Apparently, repeat clients and customer service is not a priority here .
