It was a simple design but the outlines didn't match, the shading wasn't the same which is a big no no, and the colors were off. It wasnt horrible work but don't say you can do identical tattoos when you really can't. Oh and when we were told the price they she failed to mention if you bring in a picture or general sketch they charge you almost an extra 50$.....

Lady said they dont do groups. couldnt get her to understand its no longer a group booking, but we would just book their limit. all she could do was say sorry very condescendingly. Lost 8 bookings for not listening to a potential client and not caring.

I got the same level stylist but she wasn't very friendly and didn't give me the style I wanted and cut my bangs in a way that they have to parted weirdly and look pretty bad. I was super disappointed because it was my first time paying for my own haircut and I walked away with a haircut I didn't like and was not worth the 36$ I paid. I had two different stylists with the same level and got two completely different experiences pretty disappointing and probably won't be coming back.

She said " I don't want you to waste your money on putting dye on damaged hair". That to me showed me she cares about her work. I drove across town to get to this place, and though it was cute, it left a lot to be desired. My 60 minute massage was ended after 50 minutes, and I'm not sure why... then, instead of being charged 75$, I was charged 90$, and informed that they need to update their site. Unprofessional. Also, most places offer a bottle of water after a massage. and check your alignment checked prior to a massage, Aches N Pains did neither. For 90$, there are far better, and more centrally-located, places.

I was the only person who needed service regarding nails there... how come they don't provide professional services?
