From home made sausage (literally a pig is brought in every week and made into the good stuff for the week), simply seasoned ribs and of course pizza. The food is made Calabrese style, in light of the owner Peter's heritage (also owner of Zucca at the Bay). It is for that reason everything here feels like it has been made with passion, romance, amoré and a special kind of moorish Italian spice. Even more impressive is the gluten free pizza option here. No more feeling like you're eating cardboard, nor feeling bloated and heavy after a meal. Our gluten eating friends were not savvy enough to pick the difference! I have been there several times. Personally I just love the chilli prawn spaghetti. Most of the main courses are a bit above the average mainly lack of proper seasoning.
