It's not the ideal place to bring your trolley after you've done your grocery shopping. My favourite thing about this particular Australia Post is the wide selection of stationary and gift items. There's always some great bargains to be found, such as books, mugs, movies, music and some pretty awesome stationary items. The staff are very friendly and aim to assist you as much as possible. There's plenty of checkouts, which is great because it's always very busy in store, but this way you still end up getting served rather quickly.

Utterly vile company who weeks after deliver was received took $80 directly from my account without…read moreconsent. They claimed the item weighted 40kg, when in fact it was 5kg. Even after providing evidence of the weight from a registered business who packaged it, they refused to pay back my money. In the end I had both the bank fraud unit and the ombudsman pursue the case and a month later was refunded. Do not trust these people as I am not the only person who they did this too.

The item I purchased only weighed 8KGs in TOTAL including packaging, so how they managed to dream up an additional 20KGs boggles the mind. So now I have to go through the hassle of disputing the charge on my credit card etc. This charge was made without my permission or knowledge, so they obviously feel as though they can keep charging your card based on their own fictitious findings. Very dishonest.
