Even after providing evidence of the weight from a registered business who packaged it, they refused to pay back my money. In the end I had both the bank fraud unit and the ombudsman pursue the case and a month later was refunded. Do not trust these people as I am not the only person who they did this too.

So now I have to go through the hassle of disputing the charge on my credit card etc. This charge was made without my permission or knowledge, so they obviously feel as though they can keep charging your card based on their own fictitious findings. Took them 20 minutes to find the page which listed the exact prices. Said website was the AusPost "calculate postage" page, you'd think they'd be competent enough to know that exists.

Customer service is subpar even though the queues are near to non existent. Employees are not gonna make you imagine rainbows and unicorns. However, I can't say I've ever had excellent post office service before.
