Don't bother printing labels at home, as advised by Australia Post's website, she will throw the label in the bin and reprint it. Got a PO Box and was only given one key - was told that they ordered keys in batches. 10 montls later, still no second key. Escalated complaint to an AusPost senior exec, and got a new set of keys within 24 hours. For a business to have a sign behind the counter that says, "I can only please one person per day; today is not your day." is a disgrace. This palce reflects very poorly on AusPost.

Local Post office to the Artarmon area…read more Staff are friendly and efficient - Great for when there is a massive line when all you want to do is pay a $20 bill! Has all the mod cons as most Post Offices but this branch is a wee bit smaller which i think add's to the charm of this little shopping strip. They do passport photos too!

Okay you won't, but you'll have a great conversation, and probs get some mad tricky tips on how to post your stuff cheaper because these guys know it all, from which envelopes pack flat to beating the 500g limit for bulkier items. I'm there twice a week, sometimes more if I need to get a big post on or have lots of free ticky ticks to send out to Yelpers, and never once have they been less than helpful, the chat is also pretty good, especially when the lady is there to spice things up a bit. It's still an Australian post office, though, so expect lots of weird gift ideas and commemorative coins and stamp sets and such. Best. Gifts. Ever.
