When I dropped in the other day to pick up a package I wanted to give it one star.
I had to wait a few minutes to get served. Not because of a queue, I was front of the line, but rather the three staff, all of whom lolled at me, just stood around gossiping instead. Finding that my package was NOT available, well. What? Did the postie take it home with him?
Anyhow, popped in again this morning and got served pretty quickly. Staff are quite rude, not even a hello, just snatched the card from my hand and took it out the back. At least it was there this time.
The post office is quite small, but for delivering mail or picking up a package, it does the job. I've seen it get quite busy, but nothing like the larger post offices, so it can still be a good place to head. Being small, items they sell are quite limited, but they do pack a lot into a tiny space.
I was going to go with three stars, but on reflection, and in comparison to the amazing service at another post office recently, I'm dropping it down to 2.
