I especially appreciated my most regular attendant Nurse, Gabriela. She was punctual and regular in her scheduled time to be with me. She is very caring, competent and reassuring in all aspects of my daily treatment. My doctor was able to move me to pills just today, so I am discontinuing the service. But I have to tell you how accommodating everyone was in being willing to have Gabriela not just come to my home, but they were prepared to have her come to my Santa Claus booth at the Pilgrim Place Festival Friday and Saturday (11/9 and 11/10) so I would not miss any more time from the children than necessary. My mother was discharged from Loma Linda University Medical Center with a PICC line and JP drain and was referred to this home health company for follow-up care. First, the PICC line supplies were provided by a separate IV infusion company, and they were excellent and responsive throughout the process. However, this home health company was responsible for providing the JP drain supplies, including saline syringes needed to flush the drain per the provider's discharge instructions. Despite this, they did not send the supplies until 8 days after discharge. Thankfully, the IV company was responsive and supplied us with material to care for the JP drain since this company just left us without any resources to care for the JP drain. Without that, my mother would not have been able to properly care for her drain. Second, the physician orders clearly stated that labs were to be drawn every Monday. During the first week, no one came until Wednesday. After I spoke with DD, I was assured that going forward they would consistently come every Monday. Unfortunately, the following Monday came and went with no visit, no communication, and no accountability. Because of the delayed care and lack of follow-through, my mother ultimately had to return to Loma Linda University Medical Center. A home health agency should not accept patients if they do not have the staffing or resources to provide the care they are agreeing to manage. Delayed labs, delayed supplies, and lack of coordination in situations involving PICC lines and drains are serious issues and place patients at risk. We had to call multiple times a day for this company to do the job they agreed to when accepting the patient. This experience was deeply disappointing and concerning. I truly hope the company improves its patient care coordination and reliability because no patient recovering at home should have to go through this.

So my experience working here was horrible DONIESHA which was working in the front office is very unpleasant unprofessional and pure rude and her attitude is quite disgusting too me I'm not sure what her issue is but she definitely has a problem. That definitely needs to be fixed . And her attitude needs to be adjusted. So that's how feel about that and then one day I was at a client house and it was around maybe 11:40 I was off at 12:00 I don't know why they would call me when I'm with another client because that's stealing time away from the client and the called could've waited . So then they ask me to do another shift right after my client that I had so I told them sure and to send me the address and put it on the app like they normally do they said okay . Fast forward to when I leave to go to other client house that I was covering somebody for it wasn't my regular client I was just covering them for maybe 3 hours so I noticed when I got on the app and pressed the gps so I can locate the client house I noticed it kept sending me in a circle so now I'm getting frustrated because I'm driving around for twenty minutes in a circle so I call the office and I tell them like hey the app is not working and it's giving me a hard time and the app is never hardly working I don't know why would you have employees using a app that you know is never working half the time it's very unprofessional and just pure ghetto I would always have to have them clock me in and out every other day it was exhausting too me so I'm on the phone with doniesha and she's telling me go this way and that way and she doesn't even know how to get there herself now I'm beyond frustrated so now I'm just like okay well since the app is not working and you can't tell me how to get there then I'll just go home because the app is not working and you can't help me remind you this is not the first time this has happened this is the 3rd time this has happened remind u I didn't curse or anything you can tell I was upset but I didn't yell at her or curse or anything to that nature so I told her I would go home because I can't deal with things that are not professional so she said okay you can go home . I call back maybe 3 hours later to talk to a manager they then put doniesha back on the phone when I asked to speak to a manager because I told another lady that I didn't won't to talk to Doniesha because her attitude was terrible and she was unprofessional so I don't know why they put her back on the phone so Doniesha starts saying oh we have to let you go because you "got loud with me and fired me and hung up the phone " I was was so in shocked I didn't even realize what occurred it didn't process right then and there I was that much in shocked and beyond hurt . It was really sad how can you fire me for me just telling you that I'm going to the client house due to you not having the correct information and it wasn't even my regular client that's what was so mind blowing for me . I would rate them a 0 as well . There attitudes are terrible terrible people please I would advise anybody to work there and I told multiple people to turn away from that company I absolutely have nothing to lie about and even the clients were upset they still send me messages till this day

    Their products are good, but their service dept. needs improvements…read more I received a letter letting me know that my Oxygen Generator needed servicing , called and made an appointment for service after 3:00 PM. Received a courtesy call on the day of service that they would be out between 2:30 and 6:30 that day. This is typical of most service companies they always give you a window of when they will be there. I got home around 2:00 PM ,so just in case they get there early .I wanted to make sure I was there. Well to my chagrin nobody showed up or called after waiting for over 4.5 hrs. When I called again to set up another appt . They said they had no record of the appt . or the courtesy call. How convenient ! I now have another date for the service after 3:00 PM with a 3 hr window . Hope they can live up to it this time. 10/24/17 same ol same ol. Was told a serviceman would be there between 1 and 5. No show again after a call verifying the time at 9:30 am. Called customer service and they couldn't verify anything. I called another phone number they confirmed my appointment was between one and five they said they could change but I have gotten no call or anything to let me know that it may have changed .been waiting in the house for over five hours and still no service call.they need to get their act together , worst customer service I've ever seen. First time I called Customer Service to find out when they would show up... I was on the phone for 21 minutes just waiting for someone to answer then I got no information that was helpful. They will be hearing from me tomorrow and it not going to be pleasant !

I have to use them for my cpap supplies as the only provider my insurance partners with and their billing process is ridiculous. They make it a chore to receive an approved receipt for FSA submissions. I have never worked with such a horrible organization. 3. If you have the option---DO NOT use them. There is no connection between their domestic team and the off shore billing department. 4. As another poster stated, LONG history of incompetence!!
