The staff is an incredible team working to make sure you are getting the right treatment and to make sure your right on track. There are plenty of activities, including experiential Monday kind of things which were varying enough to keep it very exciting. Dr. K is super informative, and some of the most interesting sessions were ran by him answering questions and giving super informative answers. As far as recovery goes, this is a pretty deep dive into it. Every day during the week it rotated through 12 step recovery programs (AA,NA,CODA,ACA,Dharma) It really helps that the groups are local as well to kind of make you feel like you do have a support network outside of treatment. (I'm still connected to my sponsors) this place is super covid safe. They Take precautions very seriously so be weary about it If you are some how anti-mask at this point. Lastly, I'd like to end it on the dual diagnosis side of things. I had been going to therapy for years (4+) it wasn't quite working out but here I actually found someone who properly diagnosed me and treated/worked my brain to the point where a majority of my symptoms for my own psychosis were manageable, not by them alone but with effort from me by myself. And with that also came a fellowship that has developed with my friends that also suffer the same diagnosis. I legit don't think there is a place that will help you treat bpd this well researched. The structure and services offered have the potential to be meaningful and helpful for people in recovery. That said, my experience did not fully align with my expectations. There were occasions where sessions were rescheduled and, to my understanding, not later made up, while I was still billed. When I raised concerns about this, I felt that my perspective was not fully acknowledged or resolved in a way that felt satisfactory to me as a client. The program places a strong emphasis on client accountability, which can be valuable. However, from my point of view, when I asked questions about whether certain paid services had been fulfilled, I felt discouraged from continuing the conversation rather than supported in seeking clarity. I also perceived what felt like inconsistent flexibility among clients, where some individuals appeared to receive more leeway than others. When I attempted to hold the organization accountable as a paying customer, it seemed to create tension rather than collaboration. I want to add important context to my experience. At the time, I was newly sober and navigating early recovery, which for me involved vulnerability, past trauma, and difficulty with trust. Because of this, confidentiality and emotional safety were especially important to me. Hearing that information I believed was shared in a private, one-on-one coaching setting later appeared to be known by others within the organization or recovery community was deeply upsetting for me on a personal level. Regardless of intent, this affected my sense of trust and emotional safety during a critical period of my recovery journey. Finally, the program is very expensive, and based on my personal experience, I did not consistently feel that the value matched the cost. This review reflects my individual experience and perspective only. Others may have had very different experiences, and I encourage anyone considering the program to ask detailed questions and determine whether it is the right fit for their needs.

The program blends recovery and wellness to provide various opportunities for growth. It was a well-rounded experience to foster healing. In addition to working a 12 step program, ARH connects each individual with a personal trainer and nutritionist. I'm thankful I was surrounded by such strong women during such a vulnerable time. I'm grateful I had their guidance in recovery. Limor helped me find confidence, self-compassion, and freedom in sobriety. ARH set me up for success. I moved to Montana after living in Austin, and I'm deeply grateful for the life I am building today. It wouldn't have been possible without Limor's guidance. ARH taught me discipline and accountability, which was a crucial component for transitioning into my life beyond sober living.

She would switch my appoints without any notification. I was early for a appointment, she stated persistently, I should leave and come back, I did not look at the time, but by the time I turned around to go back and it was 15 minute too late for my appointment, I was so disappointed. I was told,now I would need to do exercises at home only. I am experiencing excruciating pain in my arm with no improvement. They are very unprofessional and have no regard or concern for the client. They need an overhaul and rethink about therapist they are placing the clients with. Experience is everything. Take my advice and run don't walk, find a center that is fully staffed with knowledgeable professionals for your physical therapy needs.

The cryogenic treatment is the best. This is where they shoot a cold gun at your injured part and zap it with what feels like -100 degrees of ice cold nitrogen. My injury feels better instantly, although it takes a bit of time to defrost afterward. Dr. Miller, (although I get to call him Dr. Correy) knows all about every spinal disk one could rupture and listens very intently to the patient. He uses this machine on your neck and spine that goes, TATACHCHCHTATATACHCHCHCHTATATCGA and sounds like a fleet of Apache choppers swooping low over a prospective target in a third-world nation. WHATER that machine is called, it is worth it. Also, If you want to talk about anything to the nice girl at the front, feel free. She is talkative to any interesting subject there is and it will make you want to go back home and bring in some good neighborhood gossip too. The whole practice has truly helped both me and my wife. I was seen relatively fast, considering that there was a pile of paperwork to sign. Amanda was my P.T. She was good, and properly diagnosed a separate issue when I became unresponsive. I was sent to the E.R. and she prepared quick notes to accompany me when I went across the street to Ascension Seton Hospital. The parking at Warm Springs is adequate. I found the staff to be helpful.
