Often with realtors, I've doubted their integrity. Not so with Steven. He went out of his way to show me properties of the best values, with no regard for his own potential commission. If something was overpriced, he did not hesitate to tell me, and provided me with thoroughly detailed comp reports. This man knows his stuff, especially when it comes to investment properties. His personal experience as a property owner and investor makes him an invaluable resource. Not to mention he really knows Austin, which areas are up and coming, and where the best places to buy are. He's especially great with the downtown and eastside areas. He's a true "Austinite." His practices make it very obvious that he only wants the best for his clients. He made himself thoroughly available throughout the entire process, even going so far as to coordinate and meet with inspectors, repair men, and the HOA while I was out of town and could not make it. Contracts and amendments were prepared and sent immediately via email. Additionally, he was never more than a call or email away. He made himself consistently available and responded to my barrage of questions and concerns instantly, most of the time. Further, his broker, Pauly Presley Realty, is an excellent firm. They are also extremely knowledgeable and whenever Steven didn't know about something, they served as an excellent resource. Any questions were met with an immediate response, something that I value. Throughout the process, we dealt with many realtors who were extremely unavailable and uncommunicative. It demonstrated even further how lucky I was to use Steven to make this purchase. This particular purchase was a bit complicated and he handled everything like a pro! I'm grateful to have such an excellent realtor, and friend. In addition to finding me this property, he has largely overseen its renovations, providing advice along the way and helping to connect me with contractors. Full-service realty! Thanks again, Steven. Very satisfied client. Looking forward to the next property.

Other team members I met along the way, like Travis were incredibly flexible, and responsive. There really couldn't be a better group in the business. I had originally started working with Towers in August of 2019 but soon took a break for several months because work had picked up. During my break I was not hassled or pressured in any way. Which was great, because that would have driven me away. When i finally resumed my search, Amber hadn't missed a step. She remembered every detail and it was as if only a few days had passed. She helped me find my perfect home :) She has great taste and was proactively able to present several fantastic homes that were not on my radar during the search. Once I was under contract on my home, Amber guided the process and was able to solve problems and help troubleshoot issues. She was a strong advocate for me throughout - not afraid to negotiate the price when we felt it was the right thing to do or take others to task when they made a mistake on my file. Incredibly Honest and Trustworthy Realtor…read more I can't say enough good things about my experience with Paul Reddam. Most agents are eager to close a deal, but he took the time to truly understand my situation and gave me advice that wasn't in their own immediate interest--they actually told me not to sell. After evaluating the market and my financials, Paul explained that selling right now would likely lead to a loss and wasn't the smartest move for me. That level of honesty and integrity is rare, and it's something I deeply respect and appreciate. It was clear that he genuinely had my best interests at heart rather than just trying to make a sale. If you're looking for someone who will be upfront, ethical, and truly on your side, I highly recommend Paul. I'll absolutely be working with him again when the time is right! --Danny N.

Do not rent or live in any property under their care. They are shady! They hire a general and shity…read morecontractor (of which i have personally spoke to and he admited to this) that does not know what he is doing most of the time. The general contractor will charge $50 for the call and basic fix, trinity then charges the homeowner or the renter $200 pocketing $150. And the problem doesn't get fixed or temp fixed cause they did a shity job. We had gas leaking into our oven that raised them temp to 500 degrees. had to unplug our over and have gas leaking in the kitchen. We could not get a hold off them as they do not have an after-house number or emergency. I had to call the homeowner and he was able to get a hold of them and direct them to call us. When they did ask us "if it can wait till Monday," we said no and had to threaten to call 911. We have had the air conditioner die on us every summer for the 3 years I was there putting my pets and children at risk (fall of 2020-summer of 2023). We sent in numerous rodent complaints that never got taken care of. We had termite and carpenter ant infestations. Water coming up from under the tile in the kitchen. And the piece de resistance we had MOLD. of which we brought up numerous times. No adequate ventilation in the master bathroom or room coupled with a leak from the tub upstairs grew mold on the master room ceiling. when they sent in their "contractor" he out his finger in the soft spot where the mold was pulled it out and said there was no mold. It was freakin visible and growing. Then same "contractor" wanted to cut it out of the ceiling above my bed with no safe precautions. Mind you in pregnant. we moved out because of them. Luckily i was on good terms with the homeowner and went through him before going to the management company. I warned the owner that this company is not taking care of his investment and home. He agreed and chose to stay anyway. When we moved out they tried to nickel and dime everything out of our security deposit. I highly recommend renting a home from another property they will ignore the renter, not fix anything, and try and keep your security deposit for things that you paid for or did to make the home move-in ready for the next tenants. Homeowners do not work with them they do not look after your investment and let your house fall to ruin. Where they hire a shity contractor to do a job that is "fixed with duct tape" and then charge over 3xs what the contractor charged them for said duct tape. They are cheap and will "fix" things multiple times before you have to hire your own contractor to fix it right the first time. not worth it.
