The first meeting when he came to see the property and discuss everything with us; he spent a good deal of time and listened to us and explained in detail what we could expect. Once we had the placed cleaned out, they came in and took photos to upload to their site, which is far reaching. Chase or Neil would contact us frequently to advise status of the market. they were very communicative and very responsive. The end became dicey due to the title company whom the buyer chose and Chase intervened repeatedly to facilitate the closing in a timely manner. The bottom line is they got it done and stayed in touch throughout the process. i would highly recommend this team for your needs.

She was super nice and friendly with us the whole time. Immediately we decided we wanted the apartment and she helped us figure out the plan for signing the paperwork the next morning. She even picked me up on her way into the office the next morning and bought me coffee! BIG POINTS!! The most frustrating experience was having a scheduled showing canceled shortly before the appointment due to the unit allegedly going under contract. Despite there being other units in the building, no alternatives were presented. Overall, I did not feel that there was a meaningful effort to help me find a rental, which made the experience quite disappointing. As a review below I can relate to the experience of dismissiveness and lie about properties when it's a smaller commission. I hope this constructive criticism helps this agency because if you can't built honest trust with your clients they will not return when they are ready to splurge more on a rental, home, or any other property.

There have been many ups and downs, but I doubt it would have panned out the way it did without Danny. The amount of time, effort, and work he put in to accommodate our transition was above and beyond our expectations. In fact, Danny kept in contact with us on weekends and even during his vacation he had planned over a year ago because the first house we came under contract for fell through. He ensured we were always a top priority and kept up with our questions and house hunting while away. He worked out a great deal for us and helped us acquire our forever home.
