The photo booth is super cute and vintage-y looking. Magbooth provided a bunch of great props (fez hat, mustaches, viking hat, chalkboards, sun glasses, etc.). The photos printed out 10 seconds after taking them. The photos made great favors for our guests and Magbooth is going to make us a coffee table book of all of the photos (the book is included in the rental fee). They are also going to send us a digital copy of all of the photos. The price is a bit high, but Jessica in sales was willing to work with us to help fit our budget better. Since our wedding was on a Sunday they were able to give us a discount. Overall, my experience working with Magbooth was very positive! I highly recommend them for your wedding and other events.

Their pricing is very competitive, compared to other photo booths we looked into. The photo booth itself is so cute, with a red velvet curtain and a touch screen where you can see yourself as the pictures are being taken. They provided lots of fun props for our guests and the option for guests to print their photos on-site. We chose to have two prints made; one copy for our guests to take home and one for them to leave in our photo album. They even customized the printouts with our names and wedding date. After our wedding, we received a disc with digital copies of all of the photos our guests took. Priceless! I think some of our guests spent the entire reception in the photo booth :P I especially loved dealing with Christian and Amanda since they are a local, family-run business, and they truly care about customer service. A great experience all around!

I am not sure how she didn't realize that this is clearly not Adrians party and a wedding. Common sense much? Not to mention she arrived late and left early. Their booth is always one of the biggest attractions of the evening; this past Spanksgiving at Emo's there was a crowd of people around the booth until the place shut down! Audience and performers alike told us how much they loved it and I saw at least a dozen people make them their FB profile pics within days of the event :) That is another thing we really like; they always post all the pics on facebook within a day or two so we can tag each other and let the hilarity ensue, AND the booth prints two strips of each set so they're easy to share! This year I was particularly impressed by the number of people we fit in the booth at once, and the number of toy shark photo-bombs I saw on the strips! There were a bunch of fun props and hats and what-not, but my personal favorite is definitely the shark! Turns out that in the MORNING of the event he started to feel bad, and had NOBODY call to let me or the venue know he would not be able to make it. I own a small business, and only if I were actually dead would I not have someone call for such an important event as a wedding. While I understand last minute illness or even surgery, I don't understand no phone call from anyone associated with the business. This shows there is a serious lack of professional treatment by this business. I never even received an apology. Not a note. Not an email. Nothing.

Once we sent over our signed contract though they were difficult to get in touch with. After finding other negative reviews I was concerned that they wouldn't show to our event. After multiple attempts to contact them, a month before the wedding they did finally reply confirming that they would be there. On the day of the wedding we were relieved when they actually showed up. It has been a month since our wedding and we have been trying to get in touch with them to get a link to our online photo gallery so that we can download copies of all of the photos taken. Unfortunately they have been unresponsive: their website is no longer active and email goes unanswered. At this point we have started a transaction dispute through our credit card company since they have not met the terms of our contract. We hope that they take the transaction dispute seriously and send over copies of the photos so that we can get this resolved, but unfortunately that doesn't look like it is going to happen. We wish it hadn't come to this, and would rather have the photos to relive our special night, but Mr. Stache has apparently disappeared into the night and is making no attempt to contact us nor deliver what we purchased.
