The boxed system and setup is extremely easy to use: 1 touch gives you 4 successive pictures and the timing is adequate (not too rushed or unexpected). Props were provided and there's no need for an attendant to monitor the booth, but Sean was around if there are any problems that occur. The pictures print out in a strip immediately from a printer next to the booth with custom logos for the event, and the lighting is very flattering--an important note for any picture taker. One feature I've seen on another instant photo booth apps is the ability to immediately tweet your picture by logging in, which is a neat idea! Would love to see Smilehub integrate this for easy future access to pictures and for the ability to live tweet our picture right after it happens! Would definitely recommend booking if you're interested in hosting a booth at your event and would like to support a local business!

This thing rocks an awesome camera inside and the lighting is great - very pleased with the quality prints! Strike a pose and CHEESE! There was a line for the photobooth the entire night. His booth is super kitschy, yet discreet and inviting - beats the hell out of a big backdrop and lighting display that often comes with a "photo booth" offered by a photographer. And his price is so competitive! The photo strips also provided a incredibly special keepsake for our guests. My husband and I have a CD of all the photo strips and several printed copies that guests left for us, and they're one of our most prized momentos from the day. I would highly recommend working with Matthew for a wedding or any other event, you will not regret it.

Once we sent over our signed contract though they were difficult to get in touch with. After finding other negative reviews I was concerned that they wouldn't show to our event. After multiple attempts to contact them, a month before the wedding they did finally reply confirming that they would be there. On the day of the wedding we were relieved when they actually showed up. It has been a month since our wedding and we have been trying to get in touch with them to get a link to our online photo gallery so that we can download copies of all of the photos taken. Unfortunately they have been unresponsive: their website is no longer active and email goes unanswered. At this point we have started a transaction dispute through our credit card company since they have not met the terms of our contract. We hope that they take the transaction dispute seriously and send over copies of the photos so that we can get this resolved, but unfortunately that doesn't look like it is going to happen. We wish it hadn't come to this, and would rather have the photos to relive our special night, but Mr. Stache has apparently disappeared into the night and is making no attempt to contact us nor deliver what we purchased.
