This place is easy to miss as it is located above another store. You have to buzz an intercom system that looks quite residential. The interior is bright, clean, and tastefully designed. When I was there, the receptionist spoke minimal English but she was quite patient with my broken Spanish. The waxing rooms are located down the hall far away from the reception and nails area so you have complete privacy. My beautician was Lara who was very friendly. The wax they use here is incredible! It's very thick and velvety. It was by far the most painless waxing session I've ever experienced- and yes it was for everything down there. The price for "pubis sencer del tot" was only 18 euros- a bargain by US standards. Everything on the price list seemed very cheap compared to other places in Barcelona. (I attached the photo below however just like a lot of other customers that have written reviews on here, they deleted the photos. How unprofessional. I'm sure their massages are great but don't get a manicure here. I asked for a black shellac manicure, they started to put it on my nails, then she realized the color was terrible and they ran out of black. Then they told me they don't have time to give me a shellac manicure so they instead painted my nails black (non-shellac). However when she painted them black, she only put one coat on and it looked terrible because she didn't care to even make it look good because they gave it to me for free. Then I told them I was disappointed with my experience and she responded with telling me that "I'm sure you make mistakes with the job you have so we all make mistakes" instead of just owning up to it. Not a way of handling customer service. I wish the woman realized that the color was terrible before putting it on me instead of just putting it on me. Small but mighty - this is your location for inexpensive and quick waxing…read more You enter a non-descriptive door off of a crazy busy tourist street and go up to 1st floor (2nd floor lol). Even though they buzzed you on the front door, they will need to buzz you in to the establishment. She'll take your name. You'll have a seat in the very sparse waiting room and they'll be with you quickly. To get the lower legs waxed you go into a room that's curtained off you step up onto a funky shelf where there's a little bars to hold onto. She comes in with a pot of hot wax and has you tested on your leg. If it's a little too hot, she'll stir it some more. Then you get slapped with wax on both side sides of the legs all the way around and she peels it off quickly. Totally painless. And then because this is not only a efficient establishment they are thoughtful one they do it a second time around so that all the tiny little hairs get taken off. When you come to get down, she'll give you cotton an alcohol to clean your feet off before you put your shoes on. You go upfront to pay, leave a tiny tip (1€ or so) in CASH (they prefer), and you're on your way. Easy Peezy. No appointment needed and you should be done within 15 minutes or so. I found Secret Spot, and they offered one hour massages for only 38€. I saw that they were located up the Ramblas so I decided to go. They are located right across from La Boqueria public market - FYI. Overall, the place is nice but a little in he small side. You have to be buzzed in and then you walk up two flights of stairs. The massage was pretty good, and the woman who worked on my back and shoulders got most of the knots and tightness out. I thought she did a good job overall. Only thing I didn't like was that she kept the lights on when performing the massage.
