She's a very patient and encouraging teacher. She pays close attention to positions and intonation, and correct them to make sure I build good playing habits. In addition to that, she explains music theory & background of the pieces, and intricacies in playing to provide context on technique and musicality. I think it's a good balance for building foundation, practicing techniques and enjoying good pieces of music.
