However, they will definitely keep your toes warm! Wish they had a more diverse online shop, apparently they only sell and ship their rugs online. Small, crammed Valley shop and now both Valley locations (LILETTE is the other one) are trying to sneak overpriced new merchandise in. And they are downsizing again and moving to a crudier location. Poor quality, poor fashion, poor service. The employees get first dibs and wears of everything. Consignment policies are sneaky and credit invoiced are rarely correct. These people are nothing more than third-party agents taking your value and making a business out of it. They pocket the proceeds even when they have a sale to promote their shop (not your clothes), without your knowledge or consent. You have a sale and my credit suffers? That sucks!
