They showed up on time, did what they told us they would do, handled our furniture carefully, cleaned up daily and even finished a day earlier than expected!!! Price was reasonable and competitive. I was very impressed with Spiro's eye for detail during our initial walk-through. He explained that his fee includes evening out imperfections in the walls and even conducting minor repairs. And he did come through the house prior to the first big paint day to spackle and plaster. The house was partially empty as we were in the process of moving in, but did have some furniture and boxes scattered around. Spiro and his team worked together with our interior decorator to plan out the various paint colors -- we used eight different colors. They also worked carefully around the stuff we had in the house. We also used wallpaper on seven walls, which Spiro's son Dion subcontracted out to a guy he's worked with frequently, Wilfredo. Wilfredo and his team did an awesome job on the paper -- aligning it carefully, doing a masterful job covering outlet plates, and even wrangling peel and stick wallpaper. Even more, Spiro was willing to come back on a few occasions when we had questions or needed a touch up because we stupidly made a deep scratch in our new front door after only a day (d'oh). And on top of all that, Spiro and Dion are such nice guys. I can't recommend them highly enough and we will definitely work with them again in the future.
