The cleaning was booked for just the main and top floors, but was still over $300, including $30 for an oven cleaning. I'll start with the positive- customer service and communication was great - responsive and friendly. I was told the deep cleaning would take up to 3 hours. I was home to greet the cleaners and left my husband home while I ran an errand. My husband called literally an hour later and said they were done. I rushed home to check the work and found visible mold/ dirty in the shower, which is the ENTIRE reason I called a professional service. My stove cleaning was also not completed. I reported what I found to customer service and sent pictures. They apologized and scheduled for the cleaners to return - TWICE. They canceled each time, and in the end, never returned. I was granted a $30 refund for my oven and $20 credit for my next service. I would NOT recommend this company and will not return to book any additional services. Beware. UPDATE 9/29/26: Spekless Cleaning contacting me after my original review and offered a complimentary cleaning - including an oven cleaning. Yes, it would've been great to receive the proper service the first time around, but I truly appreciate their efforts in finding a resolution and it showed how much they value the opinions of customers. Frank was very nice over the phone and offered to see if he could have someone come in the next day to help us out. I was very thankful. We have a 1,500 square foot house. We asked to have them be sure to do the kitchen and our two bathrooms. We put a time limit on it of 6 hours and we were expecting to have most of the house cleaned as it was empty. They were unable to fully clean the kitchen and/or bathrooms in the 6 hours. If 3 hours were spent in the kitchen and let's say 1.5 hours in each bathroom then I expect them to be immaculate! This was not the case. The lazy Susans and the drawers were still dirty as well as the floor. The refrigerator and oven seem to have been cleaned but that looked like it. In the bath the tile was still dirty on the floor and my husband had to pull a huge amount of hair out of the tub drain. When we contacted Frank he said it all didn't get done because we put a time limit on them. I just don't understand what they spent 6 hours on? We definitely didn't feel like we received $330 worth of cleaning. I'll add pictures of the bathrooms and kitchen for size reference as well as pictures of what we found. Glenda's team did an amazing job from top to bottom. They were thorough, efficient, and paid attention to the little details that make a difference. When I came home, the blankets were neatly arranged with bows, the bathrooms looked spotless, and even the toilet paper was folded into the cutest design (I had to include a photo!).
