Hey, I like what I like and it gives me a base to compare. It tasted like pure, unadulterated espresso. It was smooth; not bitter at all. The chocolate was like a cold Ritter Sport bar on a cone. 1 euro scoops? Can't beat that either! Oberammergau is a small town oozing with history. The walls were lime green, which was balanced by the dark wood of the tables but there were a few red accents as well that contrasted the green. This was of course an ode to the Italian flag, and didn't interfere with the meal, so I suppose I shouldn't complain. They also have outdoor seating, so if you don't like the photos you can sit outside (which is probably what I should have done). You can tell from the pictures that the place was nearly empty (at 14:00 on a Saturday!) and so if you are tired of crowds then this is the place for you.
