always liked this place. But went in tonight and the idiot kid working sold me a dead vape and refused to exchange it. Kept saying "I have to leave it on the charger a little longer to see if it is just dead". Well, after he took his second customer I said "I'll just buy another and speak to your manager tomorrow. Personally I wouldn't ever in a million years give that idiot kid the keys to my business. Then to top it off I found out the vape parts he sold me last time were all wrong. Yeah the guys there during the day are usually fairly good, but if I were them I'd fire the guy that was there tonight in two seconds. They obviously don't value my business having a reject like this guy. read more

Pay attention to what they are charging, the posted price (before taxes) is much higher than what they ring you up for. I've been a regular customer and haven't payed attention until today, which makes me wonder how long they have been doing this to me. read more

The staff here are all so friendly and helpful. I usually only buy cigarettes here and they are a decent price however, they charge a ridiculous fee if .85 cents when I use my debit card ugh!! MOST people don't carry cash anymore and I find .85 cents a bit ridiculous. Also......when I used to buy a carton of cigs, I would get a discount. Now......a carton is the same price as if you bought 10 separate packs of cigs!! Crazy! My other complaint is that they open late and close early. People that have to work and sit in traffic, can't make it to the store for a purchase. I wish they'd rethink their opening/closing hours. I believe it would bring a lot more customers into their shop. Just my humble opinion. I owned a business for many years and I worked my hours around what MOST customers needed. I also wish they would address the homeless people that are outside their shop begging for money every time I go in. It's very bothersome. read more

Been coming here for smokes for years. They have a huge selection of cigarettes, vapes, vape juice, vape mods, pipe tobacco, pipes, glass tobacco bongs, and even CBD. There are snacks and drinks. They even have lighters, torches and fuel. Great customer service read more

I never once came and the store was actually open at the time listed. They decide when ever they feel like it they will open. Many cars come early in the morning and all of them leave pissed off after waiting for nothing. read more

LIST ACCURATE OPEN TIME. This is now the 5th time I have come to this place of business well after when they claim they will be open and it's locked up and closed. Get your sh!t together. I will never be back to buy any of my Vape's or juices from them ever again. I bought the majesty SMOK from them 2 to 3 months ago for $100. Today it stopped working, we tried changing out the coil, The baby beast and the batteries and none of it was working. It was the device that is defective and when I asked if they would give me any discount on a new one since I just spent $100 2 to 3 months ago they told me 10%. That's BS. WHAT HAPPENED TO TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMER?!! I'm a loyal customer with a new vape that I shouldn't have issues with. And the best you can do is 10%!! read more

This shop is mid, not a lot of good medical supplies and some of the employees seem like they don't want anything to do with the lottery even though it's just more money for the shop. It depends on who is working tho a couple of them are cool as hell. It's defiantly not a heady spot tho. They really need to increase their hours two, being the only smoke shop for miles and it closing at 7 is ridiculous they miss out on so much business. read more

Wasn't too happy with my experience this morning. Went into the shop to purchase a bottle of vape juice, and had one stamp card needing one more stamp to receive a free bottle of juice (couldn't claim it until the next purchase). I also had about 4 other stamp cards with one or two stamps on them and asked if i could use a stamp off one of the other cards. The woman told me no, but said she could consolidate the stamps all into one card. I said ok and proceeded with the purchase, took my stamp cards and left. It wasn't until I got home when I noticed that the stamp card, the one needing one more stamp for the free bottle of juice, which should been stamped on that transaction wasn't. I'm assuming the lady just put the stamp, which I should got on the the full card on the card she consolidated for me. It could have been just an honest mistake, but I still wasn't too pleased with this transaction. read more

I bought 2 Bang vapes from this shop. I opened them up a few days later and one did not work. I went back to get a replacement and the manager told me that because I didnt open it up the same day when I was there they couldnt do anything for me. Now I'm out the almost $20 for their faulty product. I do what I can to support our small businesses during these tough times but it is a shame that managers dont stand behind their product or their customers. I will not recommend this shop to anyone and I will tell all my friends that live in the Horsethief and Sycamore Canyon area to find another shop. Really sad read more

Pretty good I guess had a bad visit last time I came and I was a regular. Coil I bought for my vape seemed to be working irregularly. Told them about it, said nothing they can do. Didn't mind it... I was willing to buy a new one. Until whom I think was the manager actually charged me more. I paid 7.87 and he charged me nearly $10 for one coil lol. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would... went to buy a new atomizer and they decided they wanted to close early. Tried to open the door and two girls just standing there just stared at me and walked away. 20 mins before they are suppose to close. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Do not buy any vape mod at this location. I bought baby snow wolf mod because the guy that works there said it's an awesome vape. About a week later, the mod firing button had no recoil anymore and started leaking like a mf. I tried to return it at night and the Hispanic lady that works there said she is not authorized to do an exchange. So she gave me a card of the owner's name and cell to call so I did and left a message. Waited 3 days and not a call back. So I returned to the store and the guy that sold me the vape was there so I thought great he can help me out. I've explained to the issue to him and because of the paint at the bottom started to come off a little from putting it down (china made product), he used that as an excused that we cant returned it because it looked like it had been dropped. I told him it didn't get dropped not once. So he took a picture of it and said he will contact the manufacturer and also call the owner if we could do an exchange but that all bullshit to get me out of the store hoping that I will forget about it because to this day, even with my name and number in his cell phone, not a single text or call was made. These guys are shady and I'll never go there again. read more
