Terrible experience. They falsely advertised 24/7 hour access. Owner was incredibly unprofessional. Avoid at all cost.

I was one of the first tenants at Allure back in 2020. I…read morelived in Building 2 and moved in to a 1 bed 1 bath (A3 floor plan) the first year (2020-2021) and moved next door to a 2 bed 2 bath (B1 floor plan) my second year (2021-2022). When I lived here, rent for my 1B1B was $1790 and $2245 for the 2B2B. Assigned carport was $10/month. Utilities and internet excluded. Overall, Allure was a good place to live and I felt safe during my time here. Below are my pros and cons Pros: - new apartment complex (I lived here the first 2 years of opening) - fairly quiet (I lived on 4th floor both times with no one above me) - high ceilings (12 foot ceilings on fourth floor) - AC/heating controls in each bedroom and living room - online resident portal for rent payment and service requests - location, very close to hwy 99 - pet friendly - complex is primarily indoor, has elevator - unit equipped with appliances such as washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, and oven - towards the end of my second lease, more businesses opened across the street - pool, gym, study/conference room, mail room that is fairly secure, etc - free annual balcony cleaning - timely maintenance requests Cons - very sensitive fire alarms, don't even bother using your air fryer and if you open your oven, open and close it quickly ! - residents not picking up after their dogs - management not very responsive via phone, I would often go to the office in-person to try to get a hold of someone - do not expect your full deposit even if your unit is squeaky clean when you move out - random carport assigned parking; even though I was one of the first residents, I lived on the opposite end of the complex but my assigned parking was on the other side - you can only have one assigned carport per unit and one gate remote per unit - you cannot "buzz people in" through the gate or through the door - only one trash area, no trash chute Both times I moved out of my unit I did a deep clean of the units but I never got my full deposit back. I was charged for things like repainting and carpet cleaning, but I thought this was all included of the lease as normal wear and tear. I also got charged extra for carpet cleaning upon vacating as I lived on the highest floor, which was the 4th floor, but it's not like we did not have an elevator? I don't understand why I got charged extra for living on the 4th floor, it's not like the staff had to carry the carpet cleaning machinery up the stairs? That I don't understand. If I hadn't purchased my first home, I would probably still live here.

They really help but the walls are thin! You won't get any sleep. Sometimes I ask for help and…read morethey won't address the situation or the neighbor. But it's your fault....at this point I have not slept for 5 days. Hence leaving...the noise is unbearable.

My Executive Office is not just your standard, cold, and drab office space. I find the ambiance inviting and relaxing with its muted colors and beautiful artwork and décor. The environment is very clean and quiet so that you are comfortable and able to focus on your work. My clients were also impressed with the office space. My Executive Office is conveniently in Antioch (near Brentwood) and approximately one minute from Highway 4. My Executive Office offers superb services. Do you need to take a break from your desk and grab a caffeine fix? There's no need to drive out to Starbucks when you could walk down to the break room to use the gourmet expresso machine. Do you need to store your lunch? They've got a refrigerator to keep your food nice and cool. Do you need to heat that frozen entrée from Trader Joe's? Pop it in the microwave or toaster oven. I highly recommend My Executive Office for your professional office needs!

It was a…read moreperfect launching point for us in the area, the facilities are nice and well maintained, the location is great and I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the management and front desk folks are. We have a lot of locations, and have worked with some of the big names in flexible office space (Think Regus). These guys are so much more than a faceless bottom-line office rental location. They are what I'm looking for next time we are starting out in a new geography. And I have to mention the sweet fingerprint door locks they have. We need to get those for our permanent locations!
