I patiently waited for the order, because I'm supporting Marcus and his business. They were very honest and responsive with their emails and communication about the issues they experience due to the increase of orders. The story blew up on social media and Marcus got more business in a month and he would normally and as a result things were delayed. Then he ran out of bags But all good things are worth waiting for and I am happy about both the customer service I received which included emails and text messages from his mom and his dad as well as updates about our orders. I'm pleased to say I've already finished the Maryland crab bag and I have already started on the cinnamon bag, which is delicious. I know it was hard to wait for our order for two months, but it was well worth it and if you gave Moore Crunch l a bad review because of that then that's unfair because the business blew up in a way that they could not have foreseen. Let's support each other with a bit more patience. I'm glad to have l waited. I can't wait to get into the other bags. I'm more of a soft serve ice cream person than an Italian Ice fan so for me, I care more about the ice pairing well with a chocolate vanilla twist. Some of the more complicated ice flavors probably wouldn't go well with a soft serve twist, so I played it safe and got my usual: pistachio ice with chocolate vanilla swirl. I ended up getting a larger size this time around and while it was totally delicious, it was HUGE! The soft serve was well incorporated around the entire cup making each bite delicious. Love this place and will definitely be back next time the craving strikes!
