Ordered my daughter's 2nd birthday cake. Showed them a picture of what I wanted. I was so happy with the cake they made! It was red velvet with cream cheese filling and buttercream frosting! This cake was so moist so delicious. My husband who doesn't even like cake said it was delicious/moist/amazing! Price was great! Very pleased. I also found in their bread rolls that are stuffed with cream cheese/jalapeño and mozzarella/pepperoni, those were also amazing! So far everything I've tried has been great!

Several people…read morehad already told me about this woman and her poor customer service, and that is why they no longer return to this business. They witnessed her mistreating a young woman who was training there, and today I personally experienced her arrogant, rude, and disrespectful behavior. I asked to speak with the owner, and she refused to call him. I had to raise my voice for him to come out so I could inform him about the type of employee he has. I hope he reassigns her to a position behind the scenes, without direct contact with customers.

A couple of minutes later, someone took our drink order, and we got our drinks after another 5-6 minutes. We then ordered burgers and chili. 40 minutes later--yes, 40 minutes--we finally received our food. In all that time, no one checked in or offered drink refills. After finishing our meal, we waited another 10-15 minutes with no sign of our server. We eventually had to stand up just to get someone's attention so we could leave. Maybe it was just an off day, but based on this experience, I'd have a really hard time coming back. If I could leave less than one star I would have.
