I asked to speak with the owner, and she refused to call him. I had to raise my voice for him to come out so I could inform him about the type of employee he has. I hope he reassigns her to a position behind the scenes, without direct contact with customers.

If they're skimming change from every cash customer, that's basically an automatic "tip" built into every transaction. Unfortunately, they don't have much competition on the west side of Kennewick--especially for a place with pool tables and a layout that encourages you to move around. The free peanuts and popcorn are a nice touch, though. In summary, food is bar food, ambiance is ok, service is a zero and you need to watch out for being skimmed/scammed out of $.
