It came off as pointlessly greedy. The pretzels were not great. They somehow manage to be bigger and fluffier than any pretzel I've had while still feeling entirely lacking. I'm a big pretzel fan so I feel pretty let down, both with the company practice and with the quality of the pretzels.

The team has a good communication with guests when items are out and they are rushing to make more! I'm trying to figure out where the stale pretzel comes into play?!?!? They are constantly making new rounds of fresh pretzels. As for the frozen drinks... YUMMM!!! I did notice a while back a change in management too! He's always coming to check on them and asking the team if they need anything!!! Kudos to him! And kudos to ACE and the team with their multi-variety of guest service

Top issue; there are ants all over the register/holding space for the pretzels. The pretzels are…read morealways old and soggy. The cinnamon bites always taste sour or not cooked enough. The employees are always hostile and rude. I am not a regular customer, I went last week and ordered cinny bites with sweet glaze. The cashier scoffed at me and said "we don't have it. Only caramel. We havent had glaze for over a month" (as if I'm supposed to know that??) And i asked "did y'all discontinue it or what?" And she once again scoffed and threw her hands in the air and stated "UGH!! it's not us! We've been ordering it and it never comes in". I went in today 4/27/24 and wanted an almond pretzel, a Diet Coke, and a bottle water. "The cashier looked at the fountain drink dispensers that were ALL lifted up, and she told me "we don't have Diet Coke". I said "okay just the water". She looked at me and with no hesitation she snapped at me and said "we don't have the water bottles either. Just fountain water". For a place COVERED in ants, I don't want the tap water. I told her to just cancel the order. So they don't ever have fountain drinks; apparently no bottled water; no sweet glaze which I assume is popular with cinnamon pretzels; covered in ants; and they never have ingredients for the flavored lemonades. How is this place functioning.

When we got our food, we set at the table that had these cute little touch-LED lamps on them. They were so cute and the different light settings were a nice touch (literally and figuratively). I'm very picky when it comes to my wings. I like them to be crispy but still juicy when the sauce is added and Indica did not disappoint. She did her thing with the wings. I enjoyed myself and will be returning. Definitely 5 stars from me for the food, drinks and games.
