I really like noodles and company. They have a wide variety of selections and different pastas…read more The only thing I don't like is the amount of time it takes to get your pasta if they are busy. If I was going to take time to sit down and have a meal and wasn't in a rush I would probably go to another Italian place around. I do like the Japanese pan noodles however. One other thing is that I'm not sure how fresh the noodles are or if they are made on site.

I love Noodles and Company, but their latest transgression cannot go unanswered…read more For context, I have several orders that I go back to when I order from Noodles, but the Lemon Garlic Shrimp Scampi is one of my favorites. Now, I'm pregnant and craving some scampi, so naturally, I go to the app to place an order only to discover that EVERY SINGLE NOODLES AND COMPANY IN THE COLUMBUS OHIO AREA HAS REMOVED THE LEMON GARLIC SHRIMP SCAMPI FROM THEIR MENU???!!! And it's ONLY the ones in the Columbus, OH area. The ones in surrounding Midwestern states still have it available for an online delivery order. This attack feels incredibly personal. Why would you do this? Noodles and Company, I know you're better than this, and I pray that you look inward, make this right, and put the Lemon Garlic Shrimp Scampi back on the menu. Sincerely, a concerned and hungry Ohio resident. While I'm here, I should also mention, whenever I try to order the Buttery Parmesan Noodles on the app and click "add vegetables", it only gives me the option to add broccoli, spinach, and green onion. It won't let me add tomatoes. You can add tomatoes to other dishes for the same up-charge, but not this one. What is the reason for that? We know you have the other vegetables. People are willing to pay to add them to whatever dish they want. You could easily be making more money if you fixed this and gave users the option to add whatever vegetables they wanted in the app, and it would be the very least you could do after taking the Scampi away from us. 2 stars instead of one because despite this string of atrocious decisions, I still really do like their products, and I hope they can learn from this. We all make mistakes, but the important thing is to grow and be better.

My mother and I were looking for a place to grab food; after a few options being closed or too…read morepacked, I suggested Popeye's, since we'd never been there before, and it was close to her place. We used the order console/touch-screen inside, which was cool. Prices, however, are very high, so I was assuming "hopefully it's good food, then..." Sadly, I was wrong. We decided to take our food home, which is only a couple of miles away. My food wasn't hot/fresh, and in fact, tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for hours. I checked the other boxes of food (in the car, so I could give my mother her order when I dropped her off), and noticed all of the food was like this. The order was a medley of chicken tenders, wings, shrimp, fries and coleslaw. The biscuit included was small, but decently tasty--that was the only thing that was semi-par. The tenders were thin, scraggly and certainly not worth what we were charged. They also had a very rubbery texture to them. I requested mine to be spicy (on the console), but alas, there was no spice to them at all. Fries were very average (little flavor and limp). The shrimp was garbage and very tiny. Oh, and they didn't include the proper sauces. We were supposed to get cocktail sauce, along with two each of the original ranch and some spicy(?) ranch. There was only one original ranch, one of the other flavored ranch--not two of each--and no cocktail sauce. My husband hasn't tried the food yet (his order), but I have a feeling it's not gonna be any better or different. Lastly, the workers were pretty cold and rude. No smile, snotty, barely said anything. Kind of a bleak place, if you ask me...Not returning.

The food was awesome & tge service was really great…read more They are clearly trying hard with their staff members & it was a great experience... I will be back
