The one outstanding and redeeming quality about Ingles is their wonderful sub sandwiches. They use Boar's Head meats. They save the day for Ingles! This stuff is far and beyond better than the meats used at nationally recognizable sub restaurants. It's better than good; it's unreal! The meat looked fresh and it should be under the circumstances. I did gig them one star because I've been told that the beef here is from cattle with an undocumented diet history. It seems that professional packing houses require a documented feeding history. I'm not sure if this is important; but I'd like to know before I make a purchase.
