However they went out of their way to help us figure out the menu and then to bring us some of the best food we have had. I had the pork shoulder and requested some spaetzle, and sauerkraut for my sides. The sauerkraut wasn't my favorite but it was still good. The pork was amazing! A large serving portion and very tender with an incredible gravy. My sister had the curry chicken with fruit. It was delicious! The place had a very lovely charm. The staff was wonderful. We started with the mussels which were very tasty! For entrees we ordered the beef filet and one of the specials - asparagus with prawns in a white wine cream sauce over pasta. The asparagus was divine and the prawns were cooked perfectly. The filet was slightly overcooked in areas but still good as was the cheesey potato cake it came with. Our server was phenomenal and truly made the dining experience beyond enjoyable despite the language barrier. They also have a great patio space for people watching.
