When applying the tint, Noel noticed an issue with the back window defrost and rather than ignoring it, he brought it to our attention. He allowed us to get the back window replaced through the dealership and did not want us paying for the tint until the work was 100% done. Had the dealership not agreed to pay for the replacement (it was recently purchased), Noel offered to cover the cost solely to keep the customer happy.
