The owner was extremely kind and accommodating and went ahead and completed my fingerprinting without any issues. She was very professional, welcoming, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We shared a few laughs, which made the experience even better. The staff here are very friendly and I had chat with the staff person there and got to learn a little about her life. They also replied quick to my email. For appointments, they take walk-ins until 4:30pm. They do have an hour lunch break from 12:30-1:30pm. I would email/call ahead, because on weekends, they may do appointments only.
