They did not, and somehow one of the boxes got shipped out to Myrtle Beach, SC, where a caring individual received it and called us to let us know where it was, and also arranged for a UPS pick-up to have it taken straight to our daughter's dorm. Somehow, UPS screwed it up again and it sent it to the same incompetent UPS store that lost it the first time. Not trusting them to get anything right, we called Blair and his crew at Bearcat Express. I spoke with Blair on the phone and he assured me he had a driver who would collect the box and get it to our daughter ASAP. And that's exactly what happened. Less than 90 minutes after first contacting Blair the job was done. I now know I have reliable, honest folks in Athens when I need a delivery.

Jordan was quick and clear with reasonable rates, and worked with us on scheduling. His team was on time, professional, courteous, efficient, and careful. I wanted the items placed in the storage unit in a certain order, and they followed my directions exactly. The job took less time than expected, so price was only half of what we were quoted.
