Shady as hell. Provided Camela with all relevant info (including pickup time, pickup location, and drop off location) to reserve a minibus later this weekend. She said she had one available and that I'd have to pay by the end of the next day to reserve it. I said, "great!" please send me an invoice. She emailed back asking for information that I already provided (including pickup date). Granted, I responded the next day (less than 24 hours) with the SAME INFORMATION THAT I INITIALLY PROVIDED. By then she was "already fully committed." ZERO courtesy call...after I was the one waiting on her to send me an invoice? To be fair, it was a verbal agreement from her, but what type of company offers up a slot, customer asks for an invoice and offers to pay in full by the stated deadline, and the next day the company completely retracts the offer? Shady as hell. Sounds like they might be reliable...once they're able to commit to a booking. Overall: I used Audubon Limousine for my wedding in May and they were as good as it gets! I had one of the most complicated transportation with the groomsmen about 35 minutes away from the venue and the bridesmaids only a few block away in the French Quarter. If anyone knows New Orleans, they know the one consistent trend is construction. There were so many obstacles and I thought for sure they would be late. Drivers everywhere ended up being 15 minutes early! The groomsmen ended up arriving early and the photographer was able to capture pictures of them before the ceremony - which I didn't think was even possible. The Vehicles: All three vehicles we used were in tip top shape. My father and I rode in a limousine, my bridesmaids in a beautiful leather seated bus, my husband and his groomsmen and family in an amazing luxury party bus. They were all in impeccable condition, the floors, seats, glasses were all clean ad the AC cooled everyone down. Kyle, my husband, said the sound system in the party bus pumped out mo-town just right! The Drivers: Audubon drivers truly understand the meaning of luxury. They were all dressed professionally and had the best attitude. In the limousine (which had complimentary champagne), my dad was giving me marriage advice and being my loving long winded dad. We arrived at the venue a little early and he asked the driver to do a "father/daughter last lap" before dropping us off and the driver chuckled, said "Yes sir!" and made the block. When we arrived, he open the door for us and said "Thank you for letting me be apart of your special day." Then he respectfully stepped to the side while the photographer took my dad and I's picture. With the groomsmen and bridesmaids, the drivers took everything being loaded onto the buses (personal bags, shoes, bouquets, etc ) and made sure it was taken care of with a smile. They ASKED if the passengers were comfortable with the air and music and showed them how to work the radio system. Then...they let everyone have fun and they concentrated on driving. You can't teach service and attitude like that. The Booking Process: Smooth. Simple. Easy. The Audubon Staff was super friendly! Instead of me having to chase them to confirm details - they called me! It really set my mind at ease. They also sent me a cute wedding present in the mail (I won't ruin it for future bookers) and a hand written thank you note. Ending Thoughts: Planning a wedding by yourself is hard, but with the right vendors, it becomes easier. Audubon Limousine made sure I didn't stress about the details. They had all of that down to a T. That's why hiring a company like them is important. They may not be the cheapest, but they have that of the highest quality and go out of their way for excellence. There is more to being a limo driver than just driving a limo. Your job is to provide a luxury experience. Out driver did not know his destination and needed to be given directions even after the destination was given. (GPS? Google Maps?) After the wedding ceremony (middle of summer in New Orleans. Temperature about 95) the limo driver has 10 people pile into a limo that was also about 95 degrees. He was waiting for us. Isn't it assumed that you'd have the limo going with the AC on? After all, you've got 10 people in tuxedos and dresses about to cram together. Go anywhere but here for a limo. Since I posted the first review on here about 10 perfect 5 star reviews from first time reviewers popped up. Clearly these are fake. read more

On May 12th, they transported our wedding party via 2 vehicles from our hotel to the venue, as well as a getaway vehicle for me and my Bride, and they were extremely professional and on time. A friend of mine got married last month and we needed a vehicle to bring the bridal party from the hotel to the church then reception after. We had too many people for a regular limo so they suggested a bus. It was so much more comfortable than squeezing into a limo. We booked Audubon Limousine for our October wedding in Hattiesburg. We were flying out of NOLA so we decided we didn't want to trouble any family/friends to drive us from Hattiesburg to NOLA. However, they canceled on us the morning of the wedding! Thankful I had an awesome wedding planner and I didn't even know they did until after the wedding was over. Although Hurricane Nate was to hit the gulf coast that evening we had known that he was going to make landfall on our wedding day for about a week and they waited till the morning of to cancel on us. So, not only did they cancel on us but it took numerous calls and emails from my wedding planner to get our refund back. It took a month and a half for them to credit us back. I would not recommended them since they cancel at the last minute and take forever to give you your money back. My wedding planner even followed up the Monday after to make sure we got our money back but it still took a ridiculous amount of time to get our refund. read more
