Horrible experience. Our residential building used them for some signs we needed for hallways. The rep no-showed twice for our initial meeting (yes, this should have been our red flag), but eventually delivered our signs ... in the wrong color. She said that was the best they could do and that we should just take them. When we asked to speak with her supervisor, we discovered she owns the company! So we're stuck with signs in the wrong color and she won't return the samples we gave her. When I went to settle this whole mess and pay with a credit card in person, she yelled at me for not having an appointment. A heck of a way to run a business. Steer clear. p.s. Okay here is my review: I had a tight deadline to get our space ready for my companies' move. I got in contact with Audrey Signs, told them HELP and got an immediate call back from their lead Manager. In three weeks we had a meeting, saw samples, they did a survey. We got a pricing ( Great value). They came the following week to install out graphics. This was not a small project. They really came through for me. Very professional great communication. I love the work they did for us. These guys did our office space a couple of months ago and the quality is amazing. I definitely recommend using them. The Rep who was helping us with our graphics did an awesome job with our logo. I am very happy with their work. Didn't hurt that the installers were handsome also lol! read more

Unprofessional. Terrible customer service. Took two weeks to get an estimate. We got a (inexpensive) quote, had it approved, then added another piece of signage to our scope of work. When they sent an estimate for that piece, they also changed the original estimate by DOUBLING the price. When we finally got a hold of them to discuss this, they said the first estimate was a mistake, but if we approved the price for the new piece of signage, that they would honor their original estimate for the first two. Mind you, the new sign was only about 20% larger than the first two, but they charged us approximately 600% more for it. These people have no idea what they are doing and I would suggest they hire some new customer reps who are more educated in what they do and know how to treat a customer. read more

BEWARE! We had an awful experience with AudreySigns. We contracted with them for a sign for our business. They agreed to the terms and we paid in full upfront. The delivery date came and went. No response. When we followed up they said that they ordered the wrong size sign and would have to resubmit the order. We asked to see a picture of the sign that was made in error to make sure everything else was to our specifications. We felt that was a fair request considering they had created the delay. They must have thought we were calling their bluff because instead of taking a picture, they told us they would never do business with us again. The best part of the story is that now they won't give us a full refund. So they're keeping our money for an order they messed up and refused to fix. And now they won't take my calls. We'll get it worked out in small claims court, but if you want to avoid the headache, go elsewhere. read more

STAY AWAY! This is the worst company I have ever worked with in my life. When you call a different person answers every time and no one has any idea what is going on. The owner is so rude it's really unbelievable. My signs were 2 months late and they kept giving me the worst excuses. I finally received them and they were of very poor quality for the amount of money I spent, when I called the owner she told me pretty much that there was nothing she could do and that the signs were fine. They were far from fine and it looked like they painted them with a roller or something? My boss then called and spoke to the owners husband and he was so air-headed that we couldn't even get strait story out of him. We ended up having them remade by another sign company. Overall I had a horrible experience and I'm sure it's the same for anyone else that has used them. I do not understand how this company is in business, it really blew my mind, it was like dealing with bratty children. read more
