Yesterday, I had to purchase a set of hearing aids from another vendor for insurance reasons. I was very unhappy with the minimal time that was spent doing the initial adjustments and how he just kind of fumbled around with the software. I will be contacting Chad to see if I can pay him to do all of the adjustments on these new aids going forward. The Specialist sat me in a chair, turned my head, had me lay down, then up, turn my head left, then right. Then the specialist proceeds to tell me that she does not know the cause of the vertigo, but she will send me to another "specialist" to relearn balance. I was in the office for 1 hour and 45 minutes to learn nothing and was promptly billed $426. Terrible. So now I get a response that they reduced it by several hundred dollars? Are you kidding me ? I get crap medical care for over a thousand dollars and they say their doing me a favor by REDUCING the bill? People, this is why everything in medical costs so much.
