I already knew this place was awesome but WOW! They do so much. Their equipment is state of the art and the people who work there really know what they are doing. None of us had any experience with this type of thing, so we explained to Josh what we were looking for and basically just asked him to do whatever he thought was best. Josh was always extremely responsive, very professional, open to our suggestions and ideas, and -- last but not least -- very friendly and fun to work with. We'll contact him again if we're anywhere near Phoenix and need his services. He's wonderful!

Much to our pleasure, Jeff offered to include the engagement photos on the house. We had our engagement photos taken in Sedona and Jeff hiked to three various locations with us to get the perfect shots. We were more than happy with the engagement photos. On the wedding day, Jeff arrived early in the morning to shoot the girls and I getting ready at the AirBnb. He was there but moved behind the scenes shooting discreetly so he'd be able to capture us in our natural state. He then went onto meet the men at the venue where he took some amazingly endearing photos. Our photos from our wedding day turned out perfect. Jeff was able to capture the story behind us on our big day; love, friends & family where the heart was. We were later pleasantly surprised with thank you cards for our guests, compliments of Jeff, that featured two photos my husband and I handpicked to be featured. What a thoughtful touch! Thank you for everything Jeff!!

He showed up, multiple cameras, all the expertise -- crushed it and went above and beyond my expectation. I would recommend him to ANYONE, not only for rate and efficiency, but he's got a great, trustworthy, easy-going yet professional vibe.

BUYER BEWARE---from the moment you hit the "Buy Now!" button, you have given this company and its…read moreowner, Yucel, complete control. I was shopping for a headshot photo for my new book. As a retired homicide detective who has dedicated years to serving the citizens of Phoenix in that capacity, I'm new to all of this promotional stuff and was hoping to find a professional who was friendly and could guide me. A professional who believed in making the customer happy and not just focusing on the money. I read his reviews, and Phoenix Headshots seemed favorable. The budget package also looked affordable compared to another quote I had received. However, I SHOULD have called and had a conversation with this company before hitting that trap buy button. That would have saved me a lot of heartache. Once I clicked and entered my credit card information, the website gave no further instructions and left me in limbo, which I thought was odd. A message of what to do next or when and how they would reach out to schedule an appointment would have been appreciated. After waiting, I was proactive and left a voicemail. The owner (identified himself as Yucel) finally called me back. He was extremely condescending throughout the 10 minute conversation and kept mentioning the repercussions of not showing up for my appointment. I couldn't figure out why he was so concerned when I had fronted him the full amount---a hefty deposit I must say for work not completed. I also thought he had a storefront studio per the website, yet it was a private residence. The whole situation made me extremely uncomfortable. Our personalities did not mesh at all, and things got worse. My family went on a trip to Florida the week before my appointment, and we were in the direct path of Hurricane Milton. I sent him a text message explaining things and never heard back for several days. Finally, I interrupted my family vacation and just called him. At this point and collectively, I did not have a good feeling about him or his company and kindly requested a cancellation and full refund. I felt it to be a very reasonable request since he had done nothing but process the credit card, complete a short 10-minute conversation with me, and schedule the appointment weeks in advance. Instead, Yucel said absolutely not and said he was keeping all of the money. I was shocked as I had given him ample notice of cancellation and he rendered no photography service (zero). He pulled out some legal disclaimer which to me seemed rather shady not to mention completely devoid of any level of professionalism or customer service. This was a truly HORRIBLE experience. I believe in companies that ultimately make the customer happy, and this was NOT the case. I don't care how good his photography is, he did not treat me like a customer or act like a professional. Also, please also note that looking back at the reviews many of them are rather old. Bottom line: Be careful, have a conversation with this fellow prior to giving him any money, and shop around.
