I booked her when my baby was 3 weeks old (and as I found out, it wasn't a good idea; my baby was too alert for the photos so if you are still pregnant and reading this, please arrange a booking with Jacqueline ahead of your delivery and she will work with you to get the baby in within the first week). Nevertheless, she was patient with my baby and tried to calm her and soothe her to get the photos done properly. When you walk into the studio, you have to take off your shoes which I appreciate because she would like to keep the studio as clean as possible for the babies. She has a changing station and has numerous outfits, hats, blankets, etc, all the accessories she might need to take beautiful photos, all properly and neatly organized for you to choose from. Jacqueline has great taste so, if you depend on her to come up with beautiful poses for your baby, you won't regret the outcome. She also gives you the option to choose the colors and outfits and works with you to get beautiful photos. Once the photoshoot is done, Jacqueline sends you all the proofs to choose from. Hollywood Photo came up for passport photos so I put in an inquiry on the website. I received a response that yes they did passport photos and to call. I have to admit I was annoyed at having to call but seconds into my call on the phone with Tolga I had a smile on my face. He's just a super pleasant guy! It was easy to schedule an appointment, and the studio is easy to find, just off the 51. There's parking literally in front of the door too! Tolga is just as nice in person and you can tell he really loves his job! I asked him some questions about what he loves about photography and his face was so animated. I love seeing people love what they do! We took a new photo quickly and I gave my approval. Such a better photo than at the drugstore! Better lighting, better camera, and someone who actually knows what they are doing and cares makes a huge difference. Tolga let me know that the digital photo acceptance for passports has been tricky and to let him know if I had an issue. When I tried to submit the next day, I did have an issue and sent him an email. He replied right away with a new image file and that worked great. Not only did I get a photo I was much happier with, it was also a really pleasant experience. I would absolutely recommend Tolga for any photography needs!

I hired them to do my Trash the Dress photo shoot and they were amazing, but wait it gets better they were CHEAP! They came all the way to Phoenix from Flagstaff with two photographers and an assistant on a Sunday, and the whole thing only cost me $400! That included the 4 hours of photos and the hi-res disk with release rights. They had the most amazing ideas and they were super friendly and fun. Just thinking about it makes me want to get married all over again just so I can hire them to be my wedding photographer.
