Went and picked it up and it was having the same issues so brought it back. They called and said they had to order a new carburetor and would call me when it was ready. Called today so went and picked it up. Gave me a discount on the carburetor and didn't charge me labor. When they gave it to me I noticed the line had been retracted into the head and there appeared to be new wear and tear on the head. Showed it to them and they replaced the head at no charge. That is customer service. That have earned my business from now on.

We just left Northern Tools in Beaumont Texas the store was very clean and well organized the…read moreselection was really nice there were lots of things to choose from from tires to compressors to whatever you're looking for as far as household and mechanical you can definitely find it in Northern Tools the cashier was very nice and friendly I enjoy my experience there this was my first time going we ended up buying a a hose wand and we're going to use this to clean the house and possibly wash the car with I'll let you know how it works on my next review but if you're ever in Northern Tools in Beaumont Texas please check it out I do like Harbor Freight it reminds me of Harbor Freight just not as Junkie Harbor Freight always had stuff everywhere this store is very organized very well put together and I was very impressed with the store in general I'll be back

I have always had great things to say about this place, all I wanted was a in store credit (I was literally about to go buy a $400.00 backpack blower) from them the same DAY! I explain this to the management, and he just starting spitting policy at me and I still would have to pay the fee. Moral of the story they lost me as a customer I will NEVER go back to this place. EVER! This manager is a joke with no balls.
