Traded in old Q5 for newer version that we spotted on line that led to an appointment with Catalina Reinhardt the sales person. She was clear in answering our questions made a reasonable offer and after a couple of days consideration we went ahead and the purchasing process was smooth and without pressure. The handover and training on the car was very clear. You really could not ask more of the transaction the people and the offices. If you want a new or lightly used Audi this is a good place to go. So much so I have asked my son who lives out of State to consider trading his car here as it appears it can be done reasonably easily and with snow birds there are 3 year old cars commonly available with less than 6000 miles on the clock. read more

Awful. I hate posting bad reviews but this place makes me want to sell my Audi for a Mercedes. I have never experienced worse communication or service in my life. I was lied to on the get go that my tires were discontinued. I ordered them myself online only to have the "service" rep tell me no outside parts were allowed. I originally brought it in for one flat tire and oil change and to fix damaged rims... over 3 week went by. I was threatened to have to pay for the sub par Hyundai rental after 5 days ... luckily the mangers-ish listened to me and stepped in so that didn't happen. Regardless it was a nightmare. I could go on & on. Little to no communication or status updates ... I had to keep calling and checking in. So frustrating. I moved from STL & this is my 3rd Audi ... They rang me up for $1,300+, and with head‑scratching add‑ons and tax, the final hit was $1,703.09. The math did not add up, and nobody could explain it. Then came the worst part: payment games. They ran one of my cards and told me it didn't go through, asked for another card, and charged that too. Both charges posted. They tell you the extended service contract is mandatory, until you tell them you will walk on the deal if they make you buy it. Multiple other things you will need until you find out they are bullshitting you. Assholes Fast forward to month 33 of the lease. Car is still under 4 year, 50,000 mile warranty. Only has 8100 miles. The battery goes completely dead and I was to be charged about $1500 for a new one. I asked why it wasn't covered by the warranty and they Said if you don't drive the vehicle 400 miles/month it isn't covered. I asked them to semi me a copy of this section of the warranty. They couldn't because it doesn't exist. I informed AudiUSA of the matter. Received notice from the service manager that they were waiving the fee as a courtesy. Perhaps it was the fact that i mentioned that in small claims court in West Palm Beach county that I could subpoena any relevent documents and that I would be asking for service records of ALL of the people who have been charged for a new battery that was actually covered by the warranty. . $525 for an oil change? My wife unfortunately did not ask for an estimate and then felt compelled to go through with her appointment despite the RIDICULOUS price for an oil change. When she complained, she was told the $20 off coupon on the website does not apply to her model, so that there is nothing they can do. I called Stuart Audi and they charge $340 for the same service, same vehicle. While I think that is also ridiculous, it is clear that Audi WPB is focused 100% on price gouging their customers. Veterans please read. I had a wonderful experience when I purchased my car in Arlington VA. Last week, I had my car serviced and wasn't expecting to purchase a car. The dealership had one in inventory I was interested in. We agreed on a deal. When I left, like anyone else would do, I looked at auto loan rates. I found a much better rate with USAA. It was close to a 2% difference. The salesman, Keelan, made comments about USAA and said that not everyone has access to those rates. Keelan and his manager Jake only care about selling cars and not the people buying them. They were unwilling to work with USAA and I had to walk away from the purchase. My experience purchasing my car before was completely different and such a great memory. This experience made me remember why I don't like going to dealerships to interact with stereotypical salesmen like Keelan. On the bright side, Adam, in the service department, was fantastic. He has taken care of me and my car for each appointment, even though they are few and far between. I love my Audi! read more

BRAMAN AUDI IS A DEALERSHIP TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Their service department's incompetence and dishonesty were shockingly evident in our experience. Particularly, our service advisor, Jennifer Rodriguez. We brought our 2018 Audi Q5 in for a routine oil change and minor AC odor issue, and they returned the car to us with multiple new problems, including non-functional keyless entry and numerous warning lights. We brought the car back and the dealership's follow-up inspection revealed alleged water damage to the comfort module, resulting in a staggering repair estimate of $12,893.64 - for a car that was in perfect working order just days before. Braman's handling of the situation was equally appalling: They failed to adequately respond to our concerns. Carlos Campo, the service manager, actually threatened to put a lien on the car for storage since we would not authorize the $12,893.64 repair. In response to a BBB complaint, Braman Audi made false statements and misrepresented their "attempts to resolve the issue under warranty". They made no such attempt! We brought the car to Stuart Audi and provided them with all of the facts. Andrew Mechmet, our service advisor at Stuart Audi, stepped in, contacted Audi Corporate, advocated for us, and got the repair covered under the car's warranty, which had expired just one day before the initial service visit to Braman Audi. This stark contrast in service quality highlights the importance of choosing the right Audi dealership. DO NOT GO TO BRAMAN FOR ANYTHING!! This is our 4th Audi and we have worked with multiple Audi dealerships, and have NEVER had this type of experience or had to write a bad review, but we felt obligated to write this one as we would be remiss not to warn others so that they can avoid having a similar, or worse, experience. Unfortunately for us, it was only after this experience that we looked online at other people's reviews and discovered that Braman Audi is renowned for mistreating their customers. I have never felt so disrespected and used by a dealer in my life. I came into the dealership on July 26th in the morning looking to sell back my Audi lease to them. The sales manager that handled this was extremely cold and disrespectful from the moment he established communication with me. He made me feel as if I was wasting his time, and was beneath him. After waiting for him to look over the car and get me an offer he comes back with an outrageous offer. He wanted me to pay him the a $500 fee to take the care and not offer me any money back. Keep in mind that this car was low on miles and I know had equity in it. I then kindly asked if he can give me the offer on paper so I can take with me and he refused, as if he didn't want to waste his time with me any longer. That same day I drove up to the other Audi dealer in Stuart to get an offer from them. They were extremely nice and respectful and ended up offering me a $2000 check and void the deposition fee so I can walk away from the lease. They were so easy to deal with and treated me with the respect and dignity that all customers should. I will no longer be giving any more business to the West Palm Beach Audi dealership. I suggest than any other customer thinking about doing business with them to consider another dealership. Stay away! The service department will rob you. You pay for services that they do not perform. I would expect that from some side hustle third rate automotive shop but not Audi. Even better, they sent us a $69 coupon for an oil change and them wanted to charge us $500+ to do a vehicle inspection. WTF?!? The car only has 10k miles. Less than a year. Talk about BAIT and SWITCH! My wife brought the car in for a wheel rotation and balance. The first time the wheels were mot balanced. She brought it in again and they still left wheels unbalanced. AND they also stole her wheel lock. One wheel did not even have a single weight. And they are trying to tell us it came off. If you know cars, properly applied, the balance weights will stay on for years. Went to Foreign Affairs Motorsports and they showed my wife how off all four wheels were in the balance. They were jot just off, the balance was massively off. Even after Audi having the car twice. Now she has to waste even more time to go and try to recover her wheel lock. All we are asking for is the money back yet they are fighting us on that too. Am I being unfair?? I do not think so. Buyer beware. Also be aware of their BAIT and SWITCH. Had a service appointment for my 2020 Q3. Jennifer, my service associate, set me up for my oil change special (99.00). I mentioned that I had an issue with the windshield washer no streaming water on the windshield. I figured the line was clogged and she said they would check it out. As I waited, I received a video report and message from the service tech advising me of the overall inspection of the Q3 and things I would need to address at a later time. But there seemed to be an issue with the windshield washer as it wasn't a clog but a replacement of the washer screen. The cost of replacement $650 yes, he are reading this correctly. Well needless to say I was not happy and since it didn't affect the performance of the car I was willing to let it go. When the car was ready (oil change, inspection, & car wash) I was greeted by Jennifer who told me that the screen has been replaced at NC and was submitted as a warranty even though I was out of warranty. I have to say that Jennifer and the team at Audi west Palm has always done the right thing when servicing my car. I can't say enough about the dealership. Kudos ...... read more

In a nutshell, I will never return to Audi West palm Beach for service. Arrived for an 8am appointment, sat with Service Advisor and was very clear that I was only there for three things: possible coolant leak, check one tire for possible leak and a minor noise at cruising speed. He had three phone numbers for me, none of which were correct and I gave him the correct number. He advised that he would update me that afternoon. Never heard anything from him that day, called the service department the next day and was advised that the vehicle would not even be looked at until the afternoon. The Service Advisor then contacted me and claimed that he tried to reach me the prior afternoon. Turns out that he was using one of the wrong numbers that I had corrected him on yesterday. Later that afternoon I received an inspection report indicating that there were no issues found with the vehicle. However, it showed that there was an oil and filter change performed for $170 and that I approved it. This was never discussed when I brought the vehicle in and sat with the Service Advisor. I called him and he said that we did discuss it. I can say that this is definitely not true for the simple reason that I had the oil and filter changed three weeks prior on my own and I NEVER would have approved it being done again. I sent this documentation to the Service Advisor and his comment was basically, 'Too bad, the work has already been done'. In the end, Audi Service refused to take it off the bill. I should note that when I first sat with Service Advisor, he asked me questions and was typing everything into his system. However, I was never given a hard copy of what was discussed and agreed to at the close of our meeting. My vehicle was not ready at the end of the day and was not available for pickup until late morning of the third day. My experience tells me that you should not trust this dealership. i have seen other reviews of them with similar issues of being charged for work that was not requested or approved. read more

Long story short, Sam M used to have a S5 a few years ago. In the process of getting a house and getting rid of additional cars he decided to sell it only after owning it for 2 years or so. I had driven that S5 as well. The drive was awesome with the V8 engine giving it substantial power. This past weekend, he decided to check out S5 in the Audi dealership of West Palm Beach. We were immediately greeted by Rony. Our dialogue with him went something like this: He asked if we were just looking around or had any models we wanted to check out, etc. We told him we wanted to drive an S5 and he was able to assist us right away. He was easy to talk to and told us the engine of the one we were driving was a V6 which was a bit more fuel efficient than a V8. We only drove it for 10 minutes on 95 highway and knew it was a great drive. I loved the interior with leather and suede combo on the seats. End result: we were able to purchase a new car 2016 model of S5 in black color in less than 2 hours. I really liked this location of Audi I had been to another one before this but their inventory is enormous in this location. read more

We got to this dealership through the recommendation of our dear friend Sam M, after having a thoroughly disagreeable experience at Audi Fort Lauderdale (see separate review), where I had leased my prior Audi. Sam could not say enough positive things about this dealership, based on his own leasing experience. And if you know Sam, he is not one to exaggerate. He is highly analytical, and passionate about his vehicles. Sam reached out to the sales professional with whom he dealt, RONY MICHEL, and this man was not only a seasoned professional, but a gentleman who was a straight shooter. Of course, he wanted/needed to make some money on any deal (don't we all?) that was put together. After all, they are not operating a not-for profit organization! Rony was patient, respectful, and unlike the sale rep I dealt with in Fort Lauderdale, never condescending in his manner. He answered every question I had about the vehicle, not matter how lame they were. Sam M had essentially negotiated the deal before our arrival, and we simply had to decide whether this was the vehicle for us. We had insisted that we did not want to engage in any of the routine game-playing at dealerships, where the sales rep goes back and forth between his manager, as you try to extract another 10 or 50 bucks a month out of your payment. In fact, we did not meet the sales manager until after the deal was finalized, and that was at my insistence, as I wanted to compliment RONY MICHEL. We met the finance manager, CHRIS BUCKNELL, who is low keyed and mellow. I recognized him from his tenure at the Audi dealership where I leased my first Audi 6 years ago, when it was located in Lighthouse Point. It was a pleasure to work with him. Am I in love with this dealership? Well, if anyone can be in love with a car dealership, this one would be my choice. I recommend them without reservation, and direct you to RONY MICHEL. You'll immediately sense that his essence and style is what you want. Check them out. Best I can say is this place reminds me of an old school scam artist mentality budget used car company and this is across every department. Horrible to non existent communication they give you a loaner car and then run up a rental car bill with zero warning that you're incurring charges along the way. They tell you to "sign here" but lie about what you're signing. Then they hit you when you refuse to get repair work done because you're being overcharged with a lien against your vehicle the minute you tell them you're picking it up. Look up my previous review on the 2018 certified S4 I purchased for my son. It's been in the shop 5X for service since he purchased it. Bad sensors (twice), cooling system total failure, engine near total failure,etc. We bought an extended warranty (thank G_d) or the total cost of repairs would have been at least $25,000. The car broke down first time (total cooling system failure) 1 week after we bought it with 18,000 miles on it. It's hard to believe they wouldn't have known what a piece of crap it was when they sold it to us. The service department lies about what they're working on and how long it will take to repair. You can tell because their lips are moving. We bought a Q7 at the same time (13k) miles that has already been in for repair. What else you could ask for when you spend big money on luxury vehicles? Takes a lot for me to waste my time and energy on a review like this, so just know that there's a lot of weight behind this one... and a terrible experience. I bought a used Audi from here and it showed up with all sorts of issues that somehow escaped the "CPO" report. My local dealer was shocked that these guys sold me a certified pre owned vehicle with so many issues and didn't report them. Oh wait, they told me it was CPO throughout the entire purchase, but turns out they never officially certified it... Currently still in the shop for repairs, the car was missing chunks from the brake pads, bad bearings, a loose exhaust that needed replacement, interior buttons, blown speakers, and the list goes on. With 12k miles, these issues are not normal. How were they not listed on their inspection reports...?! Hm. They also forgot to send me a temp plate so I couldn't drive the car for 2 weeks. I've contacted their team and the GM several times over email and phone to no avail. Just wanted answers to some of my questions. But, I was completely ghosted once I took possession of the car. All in, I've reported this dealer to Audi and am continuing the conversation with them further about the incident. I'm in the car industry and this experience was the worst I've ever had. Unethical business makes me particularly sick. I do not recommend buying from here, especially if you're out of state and cannot verify a vehicle's condition yourself. read more

What is with Audi dealers in southern Florida. I drove over an hour to go to Audi West Palm because the Stuart dealer had such horrendous reviews, to get a key and FOB. The parts guy was fairly courteous but quoted me over $600 for it. I was expecting $$, but $$$$ was just a ripoff. He seemed non-pulsed when I expressed my shock. Now, you have to understand that these FOBs can ONLY be programmed by Audi and no one else, so they have a monopoly on ripping you off. I'm going to try the Melbourne dealer today, to see if they are more reasonable...stay tuned. We have been audi owners for 2 decades. Between my wife and I we have had 8 Audi's. When we moved down here we bought a Q5 from Audi West Palm Beach. We lost one of two keys the car came with and went to get a replacement key. Audi West Palm quoted over $750 for the new key AND a massive programming fee. Where I'm from, that's just an old fashioned screwing! When you have a captive customer over a barrel, since it's the only place we can get a new key, that's just plain horrible. $750 for a car key!!!...absolutely nuts and we won't be buying anymore Audis, because with that move they have lost our trust...a clean violation of customer / dealer trust...how would you trust them on any other repair after that, when you know they are looking to screw you on something as simple as a new key??? read more

I bought a used 2019 Etron from this dealership in October 2020. The car had apparently never left this lot. Since then, I have been back to this at least 6 times for major repairs (entire sunroof replaced, entire dash replacement are the two major fixes). They have a service advisor assigned to you to handle these types of things. Mine is Lewis Pichardo. They have a cell phone/SMS means of communication. My concerns are as follows: 1. A car that retails for over $68k new should not need 4 major repairs before 10000 miles, especially an German engineered Audi. As a busy doctor, having to spend endless hours bring a car back and forth to a dealership is a major waste of time I don't have, not to mention loss of income. 2. Somehow, this advisor believes that we are buddies and on a first name basis. This is not true. I am a customer at a high end dealership. First name communication is garnered by earning respect. He has not. He does not respond in a timely manner and sometimes not at all. Then denies he got the text/email. 2. I brought my car in for a routine service: estimated time for service: 6 and a half hours and still waiting. This entailed an inspection and tire rotation. I'm not sure what could take so long. 3. I believe this car is a lemon so they offered to buy it back. Except, at about $10000 less than KBB trade in value. This left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth. As a dealership that supposedly prides itself on high end customer service, I am severely disappointed. I would not recommend them at all. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more
