Deceitful liars (Harry, Ken and Steve) using bate and switch tactics to rip you off. I was looking to purchase a new i-pace which was a demo unit priced 24k off MSRP. I asked the internet sales person Harry about the current Jaguar 0% interest rate for Jaguar i-pace and was told "we don't offer 0% interest on 2019's". So, I arranged financing through my credit union at a higher interest rate. Right before I finalize the deal, I come to find out that this vehicle is listed on their website with a special zero percent interest at the reduced price. The monthly payment at zero was with the 24k off MSRP and NO DISCLAIMER about pricing. I confront the sales person about this. First he says that the vehicle is not available for zero percent. I send a screen shot of their website with the advertised zero percent interest special and he changes his story to, Oh well you can't get the 24k deal with zero percent. We can only take 10k off. The issue with this LIE is the fact that there is no disclaimer in the advertised special stating this stipulation. This was entirely made-up. These scammers did a hard pull on my credit and tried to get me into a car with a jacked-up interest rate knowing full well that it was eligible for 0 percent interest at the reduced price. Why would they put that information on their website? To LIE. They've run a hard-pull on my credit and refused to give me the advertised special. I feel like the slandered my credit by running it and sending my info to a bank that would knowingly give me a horrible interest rate. They REFUSED to offer me the advertised deal. This is the first time I have encountered such stupidity. An engine temperature sensor has been ordered. I received an apparently used sensor in the mail, in a bag and without the original packaging. My requests were to send me a non-used sensor - they stated that they could not replace it. Of course, I made a charge back with my bank and will leave negative reviews. I really didn't understand what they expected in such a situation. They were left without money, with an angry customer and negative reviews. Stupidity at its highest. read more

Laura (wife) was looking for a new small sport SUV and we informally stopped by while on our motorcycles and cruising through WPB. We were both a Florida summer sweaty hot mess. Lance Pain was walking between buildings and greeted us by asking how was our ride and if we'd like a cold water. In that moment we were more interested in a cold water than a vehicle. Once in the showroom and cold water in hand, Lance asked what interest us. Laura said she was ready to trade her 2011 Caddilac SRX with over 113k miles (a great issue free vehicle - made it tough to part with). Laura expressed interest in the Jaguar E-Pace. Lance walked us around the showroom E-Pace, explained the model lineup, the different engines, all-wheel drive, etc. He saw our interest and said let's take one for a spin so you can experience it firsthand. We test drove the base S model (250HP) and then an R-Dynamic HSE model (300HP). Laura chose the HSE. Since it was late Saturday and we were on the motorcycles, vs having the Caddy, we scheduled time Monday to bring in the Caddy. Monday the Jaguar team made us a fair trade offer on the SRX, we finalized terms and left with a new HSE. Overall, we got a great deal, and most importantly, Lance made the sales experience exceptional. Lance set the bar high, so we'll see how our future service experiences stack up. I am a previous Jaguar lesee from another state. I recently relocated and went into this dealership to look into a new lease on the same model. After wandering aimlessly around the showroom for at least ten minutes, completely ignored by several employees wearing Jaguar shirts, I found the reception desk (located in the back, not facing the floor at all, hmm...). The reception held up her hand to silence me as she was on the phone, then asked me if I was looking for the mens room. Eventually they found me a salesperson who was obviously very new and inexperienced. I explained that I was looking to lease a similar car to the one I had just returned and even had the paperwork on the prior lease. He looked at me incredulously when I told him the payments I had been making so I showed him the email from the dealership and even showed him the VIN number. He commented that prices have gone up, and when I countered that the XE is one of the poorest-selling cars on the market, he had no response. Finally getting back to the topic at hand, he began showing me cars off of the dealership website. I told him I did not want a white car or a diesel; he found white cars and diesels. After much clicking around he asked me to wait for a moment. After about ten he walked back in through the front door of the showroom and said that he had a silver car for me to drive. I told him I did not need to drive it as I had been driving the same model for the last three years. He insisted that the technology was all new and brought me to look at a car that was supposedly 'silver.' It was a greenish-brown color. He then said that he would find whatever I wanted once we agreed on a price. Sounds like a backwards approach to me, but, ok. After some more confusion with the computer system and some back and forth to somewhere else in the dealership (perhaps the sales manager?) he came back and told me that the national ad was false, that it was for a car that didn't exist in the United States and only could be found in the UK, so that I would have to go there and swim back with it. After another round of disappearing for a 'moment' he came back and told me that I would be looking at paying somewhere in the low $500s per month with about $5000 down even though I had been paying about $300 with less than half that down last time. I said that didn't sound like a good option and his attitude was sort of like, "Yeah, see ya later." While sitting around waiting for this non-answer I observed another customer who came in (driving a Jag) who also asked to talk to a salesperson. The first thing that this salesperson said to the man was that he was very busy and would probably have to hand him off to someone else. Mind you, you could hear a pin drop in the showroom. I thought that the Larchmont, NY dealership was bad. At least they're not arrogant. read more

Brian Gutirrez was amazing! We walked in just to look and he made us an offer we couldn't say no too, so now we have an amazing beautiful brand new Jaguar. We couldn't be happier and couldn't of asked for a better sales associate. So I wrote the review last week and now have an update: We left the dealership at like 530pm on Saturday and went home. Sunday we went to lunch and my family's house like 45 minutes away and at that time the check engine light came on. We brought it in Monday and they were very accommodating and gave us a rental. But it turned out the shocks needed to be replaced and a few other big issues. While they fixed it within a few days and didn't charge us it was upsetting. When I spend that kind of money on a car I don't expect to have to bring it back in the next day for major repair when the car was being sold as new with 5k miles. I really hope nothing else goes wrong :( read more

Do not consider purchasing a jaguar. The cars are pieces of garbage, but that being said, it's not because of the car is that you should not purchase a jaguar. The reason is simply that their service is absolutely the worst. They've had my car for two weeks on a warranty repair and I've had to make no fewer than 35 phone calls with only three actual occasions where I spoke with human beings. It's voicemails, it's broken promises, it's weeks on end without my vehicle. In my entire life in a world of absolutely terrible customer service, this jaguar dealership stands above all others in terms of unacceptable pathetically low standard of service. I repeat: do not visit this dealership, do not buy a Jaguar or you will be stuck dealing with these people and their incompetency and their nightmare customer service. They've had my car for over a 6 1/2 WEEKS over the last five months for the same issue. Do not deal with this dealership - it is a complete and utter disaster. read more

In response to the owner's comments: It wasn't what "I thought the understanding of your CPO warranty program was," its what your salesmen told us and what is advertised on your website. What's even more interesting is I have called several other Jaguar dealerships and asked other sales reps to explain the CPO warranty/7 year program and not ONE of them has said you have to purchase the 7th year in order to qualify. The "up to" you keep throwing out there is defined as up to 7 years or 100k miles whichever comes first. Every sales rep states that Jaguar prides itself on the 165 pt inspection for CPO and the 7 year coverage over LEXUS 6 year CPO program, however, you are not standing by your product. In my case it will be 7 years since my car only has 43k miles. We would have noticed that you made that error upfront, however, the manner in which the car was delivered to us was horrific. I still have the pics on my phone and you guys had to clean that up as well. read more

Frankly, I'm shocked by how poor my experience was at this dealership. I came in for what I expected to be a routine repair of my A/C since my jag has less than 10k mile and is under warranty. What I found was a disorganized operation (took 3 days from drop-off for them to even look at the car) with rude staff (in particular, Bob) and egregious prices - literally more than 2x higher than my home jag dealership ($2,500 for the repair vs. $1,200). Suffice to say, I will not be returning to this dealership and very likely won't be purchasing another Jag / Land Rover in the future. read more

A dealership is only special due to the staff. I bought a 2014 XJL 5.0 and now have the 2016 F-Coup R. Don Cody Sales, Bob Bohm Service and Willie (Jr) my mechanic as I call him have been so amazing. But do not forget Jenny the cashier or the concierge and everyone who makes the dealership special. Willie put a lot of work and love fixing my 1973 XKE and it runs beautifully. With a saddened heart I have found a new home for the little Red Rooster. and Willie is making sure he is in tip top condition for the new owner. This review pertains to service. My partner took in the vehicle for a complimentary service. They suggested some service items they would do. Little did we know that now the service is no longer complimentary as they so proudly noted when they sold the us the car. Instead we owed more than $250 for a nominal service on a newer car. This type of misleading upselling conflated with free service is disgusting. They offered explanations galore for being this way. At least I know this will be the last time I ever buy a car from them or Jaguar ever. Hope it was worth it for them. read more

I'm giving 2 stars but my service advisor Dave gets 5 stars he was awesome. The reason for the two stars is mainly because of customer service from my original service advisor who was supposed to be Mike Fixler. First I made a 8:30 appointment got there at about 8:25 I stood at ther service desk for about 10 min before anyone even greeted me. I was told by a women that mike would be my service advisor about another ten min pass he still did not acknowledge me or anything. That's when I ask the women for another service advisor at which I was appointed Dave. Mike then left his desk and finally with condescending attitude said good morning. After I already ask to be taken care of by someone else. He then rolled his eyes and went back to his desk my wife and I felt very disrespected as if we weren't important enough for him because whatever he was doing on his computer was more important than the customer. However Dave took great care of me he was great and very professional. The service was a little slow had to get a loaner for a day and half just for a oil change and to check my back up camera. Other than mike and the slow service everything was good. Maybe my next time I will be able to edit this review I now know to ask for Dave thank you. As for Mike Fixler he needs a little training on his customer service skills. read more

Excellent Purchasing Experience. This was my first time upgrading to a "high end" vehicle and I was debating for months whether to do so or not. I established an email dialogue over a month with the Internet Service Manager, who was extremely professional and polite, and always answered my questions/concerns promptly and accurately. When I decided to buy, the salesman was excellent (professional, patient, and went that extra distance to ensure I was comfortable). The whole staff at Palm Beach Jaguar provide a welcome environment and treat you with the utmost respect. Upon closing the deal, the salesman spent time thoroughly teaching me all the features of the vehicle, so that I would be "experienced" right out of the lot. I picked up my new F Type coupe 2 days ago and I have to comment on the presentation at delivery(spoiler alert)...Once the paperwork was done, we sat in a small room where a very cool audiovisual show ensued including room lights dimming then....the wall slid open and my new car was displayed in all it's glory under the lights with a layer of fog on the floor...I felt giddy, like a kid seeing a new bike at Christmas! Phenomenal way to turn over a vehicle. We saw a Jaguar XF at the Miami Auto Show and visited Jaquar of Palm Beach for a test drive. Ken Comiskey was our sales rep and he is a rock star. We took a test drive in a Florida torrential rain storm and the XF handled so well that we bought the car we test drove. First, I was toying with trading in my 2015 BMW and stopped by Jaguar of Palm Beach to check out XK Convertible on the internet I had seen listed. I had one in the past and loved it. I pulled in and parked and found it on the lot. I was allowed time to look around and then I was approached by ERIC VALENTIN. ERIC VALENTN was what you alway wished to have in a sales associate but never got. ERIC VALENTIN was soft in his approach allowing you to decide if you needed anything. He asked if I needed help and I stated I was just looking and thinking. He said great and he was ready to help if I needed him. Worst experience I have ever had. 1 week to get my car diagnosed because their service tech was supposedly sick, I had made an apt 2 weeks prior to make sure that they would look at it the same day because I live in Miami and work in Palm beach, why couldn't they have called me to tell me this before they took it in and had me authorize a diagnostic. Then they held my car hostage for a week between their service guy and parts guy being absent, this turned out to be the worst dealer experience of my life. I finally come to pull out my car to get it checked elsewhere, pay for the diagnostic and they come down 45min later to tell me they let the battery drain and they need to put me in a loaner because again of their unprofessionalism.
