After my second-hand Audi had done 4,000 miles without any costs, I was beginning to brag that they were cheap cars to run second-hand. So imagine my horror when, 24 hours before the car had its first service, the starter motor packed up. My experience of an Audi Service was therefore quite mixed. The car had to stay in overnight, because the part was not in stock, but I wasn't offered a courtesy car. To me, £400 for a service with over an hour to fit the new starter motor seems steep... I can remember swapping the starter on a Triumph Herald in 10 minutes, has the technology really got that much harder? Then, instead of dropping the car back to me, they left the keys at Reception and left it to them to ring me. Which is probably a good thing, since the list of 'advisories' was baffling with no indication of costs if I were to get them fixed. So, afar from the image I had, Audi are now beginning to look unreliable and expensive to repair. Still a lovely car to drive though. read more

After buying an Audi Q7 from drift bridge Audi and receiving good customer service due to I guess, the motivation of a car sale, I must add once the car is sold the difference in customer service after sales is just unacceptable. After only having the car two weeks I had to return the car to Drift Bridge for over a week to replace the seals to both front sides. After Audi returning the car back,the seals had the same manufacturers fault that the car had originally, the dealership installed the exact faulty seals, a complete waste of time. After calling the dealership to complain and communicate that the seals have the same fault. The excuses were just unacceptable and unprofessional. I have lost all confidence in Audi Drift bridge Epsom. read more

Very good dealership would recommend to anyone for sales or service. The body work repair garage is second to none. Their repairs are of factory standard and the manager (Gary Appleton) is a very friendly and informative man. You pay what you get for, don't let a 'mickey mouse' garage repair your Audi there is a reason they are cheaper, the parts they use are inferior. Plus the new Audi cam means you can trust Audi more than any other garage. The only slight issue with Epsom Audi is getting the car washed by them, if you have a brilliant black car then wash it yourself as it all too easy to inflict swirl marks and micro scratches on the paint (that's not really Audi's fault though). Their parts department is also very useful and friendly they supplied us with a new speaker grille at a very reasonable rate. They also keep us well informed about upcoming events at their dealership such as the launch of the A1 (when it was new) and air con service. All in all, I am very pleased with them in every aspect, hope to buy another car from them soon. Do not listen to people complain about how their Audi that is years old broke down or had some expensive fault. All cars will have something wrong with them eventually even top end brands, sometimes the owner can be at fault. Take advantage of Audi's free health check at least once a year and use only Audi approved accessories e.g. screen wash. This is a good dealership that sell quality cars, new and used. read more
