This place is such a disappointment. My company has unfortunately purchased more than one Audi as company cars from them. I originally wanted to buy my car from another Audi dealer, closer to Hamburg's city center but they were "blocked" by Ahrensburg as they technically felt they had the right to our company's business since the account was with a sales guy there. Absolutely ridiculous considering I as the buyer want to buy my car wherever I like. I obliged though as they have a pick-up service for repairs, hence I thought OK, won't need to drive out each time. Plus the sales guy made so many promises of things always going smoothly and not causing any inconvenience for me. So much regret now for giving in to this. Anyway, we've had multiple problems with their service and both my colleague and I have basically said "never again" with this Audi branch. We won't buy any more cars from them nor ever bring service or repair work to them. Right now, I am sitting at home waiting for my car, which I need to use right now, to be delivered. It was promised earlier today but the time was moved back without a valid excuse. Further, I had to call to basically have my car delivered. No one bothered to do this automatically (which in my opinion is part of the whole pick-up and delivery service, don't ya think????) Finally, after you actually purchase your car, don't think the sales guy gives a crap about you anymore. Any calls you make will be transferred over to service or some random person who happens to not be killing time at the moment. Follow-up service is basically zero. I've had multiple Audis in the past years and every other branch of Audi was much better in terms of convenience, service quality, keeping their word and working just as hard to make you happy AFTER you bought the car and not just beforehand. At this price-point and with my multiple other options in the market (hello Mercedes, hello BMW), you better bust your butt to make me happy or I am gone. Slack even slightly and you will be burned. Right now Audi Ahrensburg you've just lost at least two future Audi purchases and trust me, we don't drive A3's! read more
