I arrived on Thursday, July 17 at 2:00 PM in the afternoon to find a sign on the pump stating the card reader was inoperative with instructions to pay the cashier inside. I entered the station which had one customer and two store associates inside. The one worker told the man behind the counter that she was leaving and would see him tomorrow. I had the worker scan my phone for the speedy rewards and then asked to get $25.00 on pump one offering a $50.00 bill. The worker informed me that they could not change the $50.00 bill and I was essentially refused service. The other worker watched the entire engagement and remained silent. Upon spending hours explaining this to corporate and then a woman who claimed to be a regional manager called me back and explained that the staff had a way to cash the bill and promised to mail a gas card for my issues. This has been an ongoing issue with this store and I have explained this to the management. Corporate claims it's out of their hands and only the local manager can do anything about it. So they lie to keep from doing their job and the manager lies about following up. Each call to corporate customer service requires waiting on hold for 20 minutes to talk to a representative that then puts you on hold for another 10 minutes to "look up information". Asking them for a supervisor then forwards you to a voicemailbox.

The first red flag was this is a gas station with a small open temperature controlled unit…read morecontaining beef jerky. The gas station attendant who looked like he consumed 3 tons of beef jerky was trying to persuade me to chose the 6 oz package for a dollar off, however, they looked like the size of my pinky, I guess I have small pinkies for clarification. Then the gas station attendant grew tired of me looking at the various types of beef jerky after about 5-7 minutes and becomes jerky himself saying are you ready to check out yet? Obviously, I ignored him as I soon selected a few packages of the product. When I got home, I opened up the teriyaki beef jerky, and consumed some of the product. It tasted OK but rather a bit salty as that is probably normal however, not long after I became very ill and believe it was food poisoning from the product, not being kept at proper temperature. The product was discarded in my kitchen trashcan where it belonged in the first place and I don't think I will be returning to the jerky outlet anytime soon .

Each time I went only half of the sprayers that spray the soap on the vehicle function and even though I have made various complaints to the management of the gas station about it they say they are not connected to the car wash. But it is the same company that owns both places so they are definitely connected to the car wash. My vehicle comes out with soap stuck to it everywhere on one side of the car because the rinse doesn't function properly on the side where the soap does, and the soap doesn't function on the side where the rinse does. This could be a great touchless car Wash if the maintenance was done on it.
